JB5136—91 3.4 The manufacturer should provide the user's required service curve based on the use characteristics of the gasoline engine. 3.5 The manufacturer should ensure that the gasoline engine can output the rated power on the nameplate under standard environmental conditions. The allowable difference in the rated power is 5%, and the upper limit is not specified. When the test environment is different from the standard environmental conditions, the power should be corrected in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5144. 3.6 The consumption rate of fuel and engine oil shall comply with the following provisions. 3.6.1 Fuel consumption rate Fuel consumption rate under rated conditions: When the single-bottle lifting capacity of a four-stroke engine is greater than 0.20~0.40L, it shall not exceed 3548/(kW, h); When the single-cylinder displacement of a four-stroke engine is greater than 0.04L, it shall not exceed 340g/(700 r/min Speed fluctuation rate 3.14 The content of carbon monoxide and hydrogen compounds during emergency operation of gasoline engines shall comply with the provisions of GB3842. 3.15 The gasoline engine shall be equipped with a speed governor (speed limiter). When the speed exceeds the set point, the speed governor shall be able to automatically control the maximum no-load speed. The stable speed regulation rate shall not exceed 15%, or be determined in consultation with the user. 3.16 When the gasoline engine is working with and without a pneumatic regulator, the difference in rated power shall not exceed 10%. 3.17 The maximum no-load stable speed with a speed governor shall not exceed 115% of the rated speed, or be agreed with the user. 3.18 The gasoline engine shall work normally at the specified longitudinal and lateral tilt angles, and the tilt angle value shall be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user. 3.19 When the gasoline engine is working in a flammable or explosive environment, it must comply with user requirements and relevant regulations. 3.20 The gasoline engine's fuel tank and electrical equipment must be isolated from the exhaust system, and attention should be paid to fire prevention. 3.21 The surface protective layer of the gasoline engine should be firm and uniform, and should not have defects such as peeling and flaking. 3.22 The sealing surfaces and pipe joints of the gasoline engine are not allowed to leak oil, water or air. 3.23 The cleanliness limit of the gasoline engine should comply with the provisions of NJ324. 3.24 The noise limit of the gasoline engine shall comply with relevant regulations or be agreed upon with the user. 3.25 The vibration requirements of the gasoline engine shall comply with relevant regulations or be agreed upon with the user. 3.26 The effective sealing period of the gasoline engine shall be guaranteed to be no less than 12 months from the date of leaving the factory. 3.27 The warranty period of the gasoline engine is one year. Under the condition of complying with the provisions of the product manual, if damage occurs during the warranty period and there is a record of use, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the parts, components and time parts reported to be damaged due to poor quality free of charge. 3.28 When the gasoline engine is packed and delivered, the manufacturer shall provide necessary random spare parts, special tools, operation and maintenance instructions, packing list and other relevant technical documents. If the user has other requirements, it can be agreed with the manufacturer. 4 Inspection rules 4.1 The factory inspection of gasoline engines should be carried out one by one, and a product certificate should be issued for qualified products. 4.2 The delivery acceptance test rules of gasoline engines shall be negotiated by the manufacturer and the user and carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 3 JB5136-91 4.3 The gasoline engine quality inspection shall be carried out regularly, and the counting and sampling procedure specified in GB2828 shall be used for a regular inspection and a sampling plan shall be used. The AQL value remains unchanged when the number of items increases or decreases. 5 Test method JB5136-91 5.1 Gasoline engine performance test method shall be carried out in accordance with JB/T5144. 5.2 Gasoline engine reliability test shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. 5.3 Gasoline engines shall be subject to durability assessment. 5.4 The determination of gasoline engine cleanliness shall be carried out in accordance with GB3821. 5.5 The determination of gasoline engine noise shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1859, and 5.6 The assessment of gasoline engine vibration shall be carried out in accordance with GB10399. 6 Marking, packaging and storage The gasoline engine shall have a nameplate, on which the following shall be indicated: 6.1 Manufacturer name and trademark, Gasoline engine model: Rated power kW; Net mass kg Factory number: Date of production year and month. 6.2 The gasoline engine shall be marked with the rotation direction, top dead center and ignition advance angle. The packaging box of the gasoline engine shall be safe and firm, and shall be moisture-proof and anti-fouling.
