The inspection items are shown in Table 4, among which the random inspection items are inspected according to 1% of the product quantity. 7.1.2 Judgment rules
If all items are qualified, they are judged as qualified products.
7.2 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a) when a new product is finalized and identified;
b) after formal production, when there are major changes in structural materials and processes that may affect product performance; c) when production is resumed after more than three years of suspension; d) when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 7.2.1 Type inspection items
See Table 4 for the inspection items.
7.2.2 Sampling method and judgment rules
Three units shall be randomly selected from any batch of qualified products for factory inspection for type inspection. If item 116 is qualified and one of items 17 or 18 is unqualified, the batch is judged to be qualified; when one of item 116 is unqualified and items 17 and 18 are qualified, double sampling should be carried out. If one of items 1 to 16 is still unqualified, or both items 17 and 18 are unqualified, the batch is judged to be unqualified. If item 116 is qualified and both items 17 and 18 are unqualified, double sampling should be carried out on items 17 and 18. If any one of them is unqualified, the batch is judged to be unqualified.
