ICS25.010 Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T9167.3 Management guide for tooling design Management guide for tooling design Preparation rule for design job document for tooling Issued on 1998-11-20 Issued by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry Implemented on 1998-12-01 JB/T9167.31998 This standard is a revision of JB/Z283.1~283.5-87 "Management guide for tooling design". Only editorial changes were made during the revision, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard replaces JB/Z283.1~283.5-87 from the date of implementation. All appendices to this standard are informative appendices. This standard is proposed and managed by the Mechanical Science Research Institute. The main responsible drafting unit of this standard is the Mechanical Science Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Ma Xianzhi, Li Qin, Shi Junwei and Hu Huiqing. I 1 Scope Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Management guide for tooling design Management guide for tooling designPreparation rule for design job document for toolingJB/T9167.31998 Replaces JB/Z283.3—87 This standard applies to the preparation, approval and modification of the design task book (tooling task book) for mechanical manufacturing process equipment. 2 Cited standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. JB/T5061—1991 JB/T91641998 JB/T9165.3—1998 JB/T9165.4—1998 JB/T9166—1998 Machining positioning and clamping symbols Process equipment numbering method Process file format for management Special process equipment design drawings and design file formatProcess file numbering Method No. Guidelines for the management of process equipment design Selection rules for process equipment design JB/T9167.2—1998 3 Basis for the preparation of tooling task book a) Process plan; b) JB/T9167.2; c) Process specification; d) Product drawings; e) Factory equipment manual; f) Production technical conditions; g) Relevant technical data and standards. 4 Preparation of tooling task book 4.1 When preparing tooling task book, it is necessary to implement various national technical and economic policies, adopt national standards and professional standards, and comply with various relevant standards formulated within the enterprise, so that the designed tooling can maximize the level of standardization, generalization and serialization. 4.2 The format of the tooling task book shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9165.4 [see Appendix A (Prompt Appendix) for filling in examples]. 4.3 The tooling task book should be filled in by the process personnel (including workshops, inspection departments, etc.). Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on November 20, 1998 and implemented on December 1, 1998 JB/T9167.3 4.4 When compiling the tooling task book, a simple process diagram must be drawn. In the simple process diagram, the following should be drawn: a) The positioning datum should be marked, and its unification with the design datum and measurement datum should be considered as much as possible; b) The point and direction of the clamping force should be marked; c) The marking of the positioning clamping symbol should comply with the provisions of JB/T5061; d) The processing part should be clearly indicated by a thick solid line (2b); e) The technical requirements such as processing accuracy and surface roughness should be stated; f) For stamping dies, a simple layout diagram should be given; g) Other special requirements; h) Matching tooling. 4.5 The design task book of matching tooling should state the part numbers, matching accuracy, assembly requirements and schematic diagrams of the mutually assembled parts and related parts. 4.6 The modified tooling should clearly fill in the old tooling number and its inventory quantity, and state the opinions on the handling of the old tooling. 4.7 The tooling numbering shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9164. 4.8 The tooling task book shall indicate the tooling grade or verification category according to the enterprise standard. 4.9 The schematic diagram, handwriting, symbols, etc. of the tooling task book must be clear and neat. 4.10 The tooling task book shall be numbered in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9166. 5 Approval, modification and archiving of tooling task books 5.1 The tooling task book must be reviewed and approved by the relevant person in charge before it can take effect. The task book for major and critical tooling must be reviewed by the chief process engineer, signed by the workshop, and approved by the chief process engineer before it can be put into operation. 5.2 Whenever the tooling task book that has been approved for implementation needs to be modified, the process personnel must fill in the process document change notification form, and it can only be modified after approval. 5.3 Whenever the implemented tooling task book needs to be scrapped, the process personnel shall fill in the process document change notice form. After approval, the planner shall cancel the old tooling task book and make a new tooling task book preparation plan. 5.4 The format of the process document change notice form shall refer to the provisions of JB/T9165.3. 5.5 After review and approval, the tooling task book shall be filed and stored by the process management department. 2 JB/T9167.3 1 Example of filling in the process equipment design task book See Table A1 for the example of filling in.
