Subject content and scope of application
HG/T2151
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for rubber parallel plate (Williams) plastometry
This standard applies to parallel plate (Williams) plastometry 2 Main structure
2.1 Upper and lower pressure plates
The thickness of the pressure plate is not less than 10mm and the diameter is 40mm. The two pressure plates are installed on a suitable mechanism so that one pressure plate moves relative to the other pressure plate. The sample is placed in the center of the lower pressure plate, and the upper plate is a movable plate, which can make the sample obtain a compression force of 49±0.05N. The compression force includes the force in the displacement indicator. 2.2 Displacement indicator
The graduation value of the displacement indicator is 0.01mm, the range is greater than 10mm, 2.3 Constant temperature box
The constant temperature is circulating air type, and the temperature control accuracy of the test area should reach ±1℃. Technical requirements
Normal working conditions
In a vibration-free environment;
No corrosive media around;
Power supply voltage fluctuation does not exceed the rated voltage ±10%: power supply frequency change is not greater than 1Hz
Relative humidity is less than 85%,
3.2 Compression force
The compression force on the sample should be 49±0.05N,3.3 Parallelism
The parallelism tolerance of the two parallel plates is 0.05mm3.4
Temperature control range: Room temperature 100℃:
Temperature control error: ±IC;
The constant temperature requirement is reached within 1h after overflow,|| tt||3.5 Insulation strength
When the ambient air temperature is less than 20℃ and the relative humidity is less than 85%, it should withstand the following voltage withstand test within 1 minute without breakdown and arcing
The Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China approved the standard on August 19, 1991, and implemented it on January 1, 1992
The insulation resistance of the power circuit to the machine
3.6 Insulation resistance
HIG/T2151
The insulation resistance of the power circuit to the machine casing under normal conditions is greater than 7M03.7 Appearance requirements
Test the power supply
a. The color of the paint should be beautiful and generous, with soft tones and coordinated colors. The boundaries of the same colors should be clear and should not contaminate each other. b. The surface of the electroplated parts should be free of spots, rust and other traces. 3.8 Noise
The working noise of the instrument should be positive, and the noise level should not exceed 65dB (A). 3.9 Transport resistance test
Under the packaging conditions, it should be able to withstand the transport test without damage, and the instrument should still meet the requirements of this standard without adjustment.
4 Test method
Test conditions
The test should be carried out under the conditions specified in Article 3.1 of this standard. 4.2 Test tools: measuring tools and instruments
Thickness gauge;
megohmmeter (500V);
Insulation strength tester;
Force measuring device with a system accuracy of 0.05%; Sound level meter:
Special device for measuring temperature in the test area
4.3 Compression force test
The megohm force generated by the movable upper pressure plate and its combined parts (including the force of the displacement indicator) is 49±0.05N. The force measuring device should be placed at the center between the upper and lower plates. 4.4 Parallelism test
When the lower pressure plate is horizontal, the upper pressure plate and the lower pressure plate are tight. Use a thickness gauge (i.e., a ruler) to measure the maximum gap between the upper and lower plates in the area with a diameter of 40mm. The gap should not exceed 0.05.mm. Add a 40mm×10mm parallel block gauge between the two plates, and the gap should not exceed 0.05mm.
4.5 Temperature test
Heating, set and adjust the set value, the highest should be 100℃, the humidity should be less than "h,
Use the humidity measuring instrument with a system accuracy of 0.5℃ and the calibrated temperature measuring element to measure the temperature of the 30×20[column space composed of the upper and lower pressure plates where the rubber sample is placed (use 7 temperature measuring elements, 3 each of the upper and lower pressure plates are evenly distributed on the upper and lower circumferences of 030, and 1 at the midpoint of the space). The test temperature is generally 70℃ and 100℃. After the temperature is constant, measure once every half an hour, and measure at least three times). The temperature of each point is within the set value ±1. 4.6. Insulation strength test
According to Article 3.5, it is carried out on the insulation strength visual tester. During the test, slowly increase to the specified voltage, keep it for 1min, observe whether there is breakdown and arcing, and then slowly Slowly drop to zero, and cut off the power supply, 2
Standard microgrid mwbzse80com4.7 Insulation resistance test
Use 500V megohmmeter to test in Article 3.6.
4.8 Appearance test
Perform the test with the door measurement method according to the requirements of Article 3.74.9 Noise test
4.9.1 Noise measurement method
HG/T2151-91
The sound level meter should face the city source and be parallel to the horizontal plane: the height of the sound level meter from the ground is 1.5m,
c. The distance between the sound level meter and the instrument is 1m:
There should be no less than six measurement points along the periphery of the instrument, and the generally large reading value measured at each measurement point is used as the instrument noise service level. d.
4.9.2 Test data processing
When measuring noise, the background (environment) should be measured first Noise, its value should be at least 10dB (A) lower than the sound service level when the instrument is measured. If the difference is less than 3dB (A), the measurement is invalid. If the difference is 3~9dB (A), make corrections according to the following table. 1,-,
In the table: 1-Noise level during measurement; L-Background noise level:
AI correction value
The noise sound service level of the testing machine is,-AL..
4.10 Transportation bump test
After the instrument is packaged, it is driven on a third-class highway at a speed of 30~40km/h for 200km, and then a comprehensive inspection is carried out according to this standard. 4.11 Power supply voltage change test
Connect the power supply of the instrument to an adjustable transformer, and adjust the power supply to the rated power +10%. Use the method in Article 4.5 to carry out humidity test, which should also comply with the requirements of Article 3.4. 5 Inspection rules||t t||Each instrument must be inspected and qualified by the quality management department and accompanied by qualified documents before leaving the factory. 5.1
5.2 Test items
Instruments are divided into two categories: factory test and type test. Factory test should be carried out unit by unit according to the requirements of 3.2~3.8 under Article 3.1 of this standard. Type test should be carried out by sampling under Article 3.1 of this standard according to the requirements of 3.2~3.9. Type test shall be carried out in the following cases: 5.2.2
New products (including old products converted to production) to be tested: b.wwW.bzxz.Net
When there are major changes in the design, process or materials, components and devices used in the product; c.
Periodic spot checks on batch-produced products; quality evaluation of similar products,
5.2.3 Sampling:
Periodic spot checks for type tests, generally once a year, and no less than 2 units shall be inspected each time. 5.2.4 Judgment rules
If there are unqualified items in the factory test instrument, it can be repaired once and re-tested. If there are still unqualified items, the product is judged to be unqualified;
Standard flow exchange network 0

IIG/T2151-91
The criminal test is carried out on the products that have passed the factory test. If one unit fails in the random inspection, it can be repaired once; if two units fail in the same item, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. Instrument completeness
6.1 The plastic meter supplied as a complete set includes: the machine body and supporting instruments, 6.2 Random documents include: instruction manual, factory certificate, packing list. Marking and packaging
Each instrument should have a nameplate, which includes: instrument name, instrument model, production date, production number, manufacturer name. The instrument should be firmly fixed in the packaging box to ensure that it does not move in any direction during transportation. The material and structure of the packaging box should prevent wind, sand and rain from invading the box. The accessories should be packed with oil seals.
The contents of the packaging box label include:
Manufacturer name, instrument model and factory number; consignee and address;
