The rolling bearings used should comply with the provisions of GB279. 4.3 The opener disc should be made of 65Mn steel specified in GB699, with a heat treatment hardness of 40 to 50HRC, a flatness tolerance of 2mm, and dimensions that meet the requirements of Figure 2 and Table 2. It is allowed to use other materials with performance not lower than the above materials. 60° Figure 2 Furrow opener flat disc d—outer diameter; dr—center hole diameter; dr—connection hole diameter; dconnection hole center circle diameter: sthickness 4.4 The disc hub shall be made of steel plate stamping structure, or it may be made of HT150 gray cast iron not less than that specified in GB9439. 4.5 The furrow opener body shall be made of HT150 gray cast iron not less than that specified in GB9439, or it may be made of stamping and welding structure. 4.6 The newly designed furrow opener shall have a follow-up scraper that fits tightly against the furrow opener disc, and its pressure shall be adjustable. The gap between the edge of the fixed scraper and the inner plane of the disc shall not be greater than 2mm. 4.7 The furrow opener sealing ring shall ensure the protection of the bearing cavity, and the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber used as the sealing diagram shall comply with the provisions of GB7040. 4.8 The opener disc should rotate flexibly. When the two discs rotate relative to each other, the gap at the intersection should be no more than 4mm. 4.10 The two discs should be symmetrically distributed relative to the opener body. The symmetry tolerance of the intersection of the two discs relative to the symmetry plane of the opener body is 8mm. The gap between the two discs and the opener body should be no less than 2mm4.11 4.12 The overlap at the intersection of the two discs should not exceed 3mm. 4.13 The paint of the opener should be painted in accordance with the provisions of NJ/Z3, and a black ordinary weather-resistant coating TQ-1-BP should be applied. 5 Inspection methods and acceptance rules 5.1 The manufacturer shall conduct regular inspections of the openers in accordance with the provisions of this standard. It shall not be less than once a year, and the number of inspected openers shall not be less than 5. 5.2 The ordering unit has the right to conduct random inspections of the openers in accordance with the provisions of this standard in accordance with GB2828. The sampling plan and qualified quality level shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 5.3 The opener should generally be installed on the seed drill and tested in accordance with GB94785.4 The flatness of the opener disc is measured on the platform with a height vernier. The hardness of the disc is measured by a hardness tester. Take 3 to 4 equidistant points on the disc with a point spacing of 40 to 60 mm and measure away from the cutting edge. 6 Marking and packaging 6.1 The code of the part and the trademark of the manufacturer should be marked on the surface of the cast parts of the trencher. The mark of "front" or "rear" should be cast on the body of the cast trencher. 6.2 The packaging of the trencher should be firm and reliable to ensure that it will not be damaged or lost during normal loading and unloading, transportation and storage. 6.3 Each packaging part should be accompanied by a product quality certificate, which should indicate the product name, model, signature and date of the inspector. 6.4 The outside of each package should be marked with: a. Name and address of the manufacturer; b. Product name, model and trademark; Product quantity; Date of manufacture.
