When PN≤5.0MPa (Class300), the height of the raised platform f of the raised face flange is included in the flange thickness C: When PN11.0MPa (Class600), the height of the raised platform f of the case flange is not included in the flange thickness C, and the height of the raised platform f of the concave and convex surface and grooved surface flanges is not included in the flange thickness C. The height of the raised platform E of the ring joint surface flange is not included in the flange thickness C. 3.0.2 The applicable pressure and diameter ranges of flanges with various sealing surface types shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.0:2. 5 Technical requirements
The technical requirements for flanges shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG20624. 6 Maximum non-impact working pressure
The nominal pressure of the flange and the maximum non-impact working pressure at different temperatures shall comply with the provisions of HG20625. 7 Welding joints and grooves
The dimensions of the welding joints and grooves between flanges and steel pipes shall comply with the provisions of HG 20626. 8 Fastener length
The length of the fasteners (bolts, studs>I) used shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A of HG20634. 9 Matching regulations
The matching of flanges, gaskets and fasteners shall comply with the provisions of HG20635. 10 Marking
The marking of flanges shall comply with the provisions of HG20615.
