This standard is applicable to circular broaches for smooth cylindrical holes with T tolerance grades of IT7, IT8 and IT9. 2 Referenced standards JB/T7962-1999 Replaces JB/T7962-95 The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. GB/T3832.1—1983 Types and basic dimensions of rectangular handles for broaches GB/T3832.2—1983 Types and basic dimensions of cylindrical front handles for broaches GB/T3832.3-1983 Types and basic dimensions of cylindrical rear handles for broaches 3 Technical requirements 3.1 The surface of the broach shall not have defects such as cracks, bruises, rust, etc. that affect the performance. 3.2 The cutting edge of the broach shall be sharp and shall not have burrs, chipping, or grinding burns. 3.3 The connection of the broach chip groove shall be smooth and no steps are allowed. 3.4 The main surface roughness of the broach shall be as follows: Surface of the cutting edge -Front and back of the cutting edge: Fine cutting teeth and calibration teeth Rough cutting teeth -Outer cylindrical surface of the leading part and the trailing part Working cone surface of the center hole Outer cylindrical surface of the shank Grinding of the bottom of the chip groove R,0.32μm; R.0.32μm: R,0.63μm; R.0.63μm; R,0.63μm;Www.bzxZ.net R1.25μm; R,2.5μm. 3.5 The limit deviation of the outer cylindrical diameter of the rough cutting teeth of the broach shall be as shown in Table 1. Table 2 Tolerance of true diameter of processed hole >0.018~0.027 > 0.027~0.036 >0.036~0.046 Limit deviation of outer diameter No positive dimension is allowed in the calibration tooth The consistency of the outer diameter of the calibration tooth and the same size of the fine cutting tooth is 0.005mm. 3.8 Radial runout tolerance of the outer surface of the broach to the broach reference axis: 3.8.1 The radial runout tolerance of the broach calibration tooth and its two adjacent fine cutting teeth shall not exceed the outer diameter deviation value specified in Table 2. The radial runout tolerance of the broach rear guide is the same as that of the calibration tooth. 3.8.2 The radial runout tolerance of the rest of the broach shall be in accordance with Table 3. Radial runout tolerance 3.9 The oblique runout tolerance of the taper surface of the broach shank in contact with the jaws to the broach reference axis is 0.1mm. 3.10 The type and basic dimensions of the broach shank shall be in accordance with GB/T3832.1~3832.3. The tolerance band of the outer diameter of the leading and trailing parts of the broach shall be in accordance with the door. 3.12 Limit deviation of the overall length of the broach: When the overall length of the broach is less than or equal to 1000mm When the overall length of the broach is greater than 1000mm 3.13 Limit deviation of the geometric angles of the broach: Rake angle Cutting tooth back angle Calibration tooth back angle +0°30 ±3mm; ±5mm. 3.14 The broach is made of W6Mo5Cr4V2 or other high-speed steel with equivalent performance. 3.15 Broach heat treatment hardness: Cutter teeth and back guide Front guide Surface strengthening treatment is allowed. 4 Marking and packaging 4.1 Marking JB/T7962-1999 63~66HRC; 60-66HRC: 40-52HRC. 4.1.1 The broach should be clearly marked with: manufacturer's trademark, product number, product specifications, front angle, broaching length, manufacturing year and month. 4.1.2 The broach packaging box should be marked with: manufacturer's name, address and trademark, product name, product number, product specifications, broaching length, broach material, number of pieces, manufacturing year and month. 4.2 Packaging Broaches should be treated with rust prevention before packaging. The packaging must be firm and can prevent damage during storage and transportation. The sealing validity period is one year.
