Key dimensionsFinchpin dimension Dimensions that affect the performance of pulp molding products. 4 Product classification Pulp molding industrial product packaging can be divided into shaped products and non-shaped products according to different production processes. According to the use method, it can be divided into products for positioning packaging and products for cushioning packaging. 5 Requirements 5.1 Dimensions and appearance 5.1.1 Dimensions, The key dimensional deviations of shaped pulp molding products shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. BB/T 0045—2006 The dimensional deviations of non-shaped pulp molding products shall be determined by the supply and demand parties. Table 1 Key Dimension Deviation Length/Width Dimension Range Dimension Deviation Small Dimension Range Dimension Deviation Appearance. The surface of the product should be clean and dry, without mechanical damage such as holes and breakage. >400 The mesh surface of the plastic product is allowed to have cracks with a width of no more than 1mm and a length of no more than 40mm. The same batch of products should have uniform color and should not have obvious color difference. The product should have no obvious odor and no mildew. 5.2 Physical and Mechanical Properties The physical and mechanical properties of pulp molded products should meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 2 Requirements for physical and mechanical properties Quality deviation Moisture content Compression resistance Water absorption (when required) 6 Test method 6.1 Standard environment for sample state adjustment and test Product quality (dry), > 500 - 1000 >300 ~ 500 ≥ 100) ~ 300 >50-100 Technical requirements Quality deviation, % Compression resistance see 6.6; deformation 30m The standard environment for sample state adjustment and test shall be in accordance with the provisions of GR/T10739. Carry out factory inspection under normal temperature and humidity conditions, and carry out type inspection under standard environment conditions of 23℃±1℃ and 50%±2% relative humidity: the sample pretreatment time is more than 24h. 6.2 Appearance inspection In natural light, measure and inspect 6.3 Dimension measurement BB/T 0046-2006 Use a measuring tool with a graduation value of 1mm to measure at least 5 samples, take the arithmetic mean, and take the measurement result. The reading is accurate to 1mm6.4 Quality deviation Use a measuring tool with appropriate resolution to weigh the quality of the product, weigh at least 5 samples, take the average value, and calculate the quality deviation according to formula (1). Wu Zhong: Q—quality deviation,%; Average quality of the product,: Q.—Nominal quality of the product, g. 6.5 Moisture content Test according to the requirements of GB/T 462. 6.6 Compression resistance Calculate the maximum pressure required to reach the crack according to formula (2) P=W×9.8×( W—the maximum pressure required, N; H—storage height, i; (generally calculated as 3m)h-external height of the transport package, m Production-deterioration coefficient, (recommended range 1.6~2.0,Special design types are agreed upon by the supply and demand parties). ( Use pulp molded products to properly pack the objects or simulants. Place the packaged objects and pulp molded products on the lower surface of the pressure testing machine. Test in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4857.16. Record the maximum pressure resistance and deformation of the pulp molded products, accurate to 1N and 1mm: perform reverse tests on 3 sets of samples respectively, and calculate the arithmetic mean of the test results. 6.7 Water absorption Select the product mesh surface and test in accordance with the provisions of GB/T460: adjust the line width to 1m. Measure the ink line width after 30g. Select at least 3 different positions for testing. Inspection rules 7.1 Inspection classification Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 71.1 Factory inspection items are size and quality deviation. BB/T 0045—2006 7.1.2 Type inspection items are all items specified in Chapter 5. Type inspection should be carried out when one of the following situations occurs. a) Identification of new product put into production: When the structure, process material changes, which may affect the product performance: During normal production, inspection shall be carried out every six months: c) When the product is resumed after a long-term suspension of production; When the quality supervision agency or the purchaser proposes a request for type inspection. 7.2 Sampling 7.2.1 Inspection batch. One inspection batch is a pulp molded product produced with similar raw materials, the same process and the same structure, and the maximum batch shall not exceed 50007.2.2 Sampling plan, 7.2.2.1 Factory inspection. Carry out according to the provisions of CB/T2828.1, adopt special inspection level S-3, qualified quality level AQL=4.0, normal inspection-time sampling plan. 7.2.2.2 Type inspection. Inspect all items according to the requirements of Chapter 5. Randomly select 5 sets from each batch of products for inspection. If one item is unqualified, the type inspection is judged to be unqualified: 7.3 Judgment rules 7.3.1 Qualified pre-judgment. The inspection results are judged according to the corresponding provisions in Chapter 5. If it does not meet the corresponding provisions in Chapter 5, it is judged that the item is not qualified. 7.3.2 Qualified critical assessment. 7.3.2.1 Factory inspection. If all the items of the factory inspection are qualified, the batch is judged to be qualified. If there is more than or equal to 1 unqualified, the batch is judged to be unqualified for factory inspection. See Table 3 for qualified critical assessment. 3 Factory inspection qualified evaluation table Batch: pieces 151~500 501-3200 3201-5000 7.3.2.2 Type inspection, Sample size, pieces Number of qualified cases, pieces Number of unqualified cases, pieces If all inspection items are qualified, the batch is deemed qualified. If there are more than or equal to 1 unqualified items, the batch is deemed unqualified. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 Marking BB/T0045-2006 Each product should have a certificate of conformity. The certificate of conformity should indicate the product name, quantity, production date, inspector, production unit, etc. 8.2 PackagingbZxz.net Products should be packed in plastic film bags or other methods. 8.3 Transportation The transporter should be clean during transportation. Avoid dropping or loosening of packages during loading and unloading. 8.4 Storage The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated room. It should not be exposed to the sun for a long time.
