Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T 5670-1991 Comprehensive Tester for Field Production Verification Published on September 13, 1991 Implementation by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 1, 1992 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Comprehensive Tester for Field Production Verification 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application JB/T 56701991 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the comprehensive tester for field production verification (hereinafter referred to as the tester). This standard is applicable to comprehensive instruments for testing the "average speed", "operating area", "slip rate", "fuel consumption" and "verification time" of various agricultural machinery. Reference standards GB2829 ZBY003 Technical requirements Periodic inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to the inspection of the stability of the production process) General technical conditions for instrument packaging Product label The tester shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1 Conditions of use The tester shall be able to work normally under the following conditions: Ambient temperature: 0~40℃; b. Relative humidity range of air: 30%~85% (no dew drops); Voltage: 12±1.2V. The measurement range of the tester and the accuracy of each measurement value shall comply with the provisions of the following table. The tester should work normally. 4.4 Humidity test Put the tester in a humidity chamber and adjust the humidity to 85%. Take it out after 48 hours and immediately check whether the tester is working properly. Vibration test Fix the tester on the vibration test bench and do not allow the tester to move due to vibration. The vibration frequency is 50Hz, the amplitude is 0.5mm, the acceleration is 5g, and the vibration duration is 15min. The tester should work normally after the vibration test. 4.6 Tester accuracy inspection method 4.6.1 See Appendix A (reference) for the speed slip rate counting accuracy inspection method. 4.6.2 Fuel consumption channel accuracy calibration method See Appendix A. : Inspection rules 5.1 Each instrument must be inspected and qualified by the factory quality inspection department before it can leave the factory, and it must be accompanied by a product certificate. 5.2 The inspection items for the device include the following: a. When changes in design, process and materials affect product performance. When old products are transferred to other factories. Products are produced again after one year of suspension. When evaluating the quality of similar products. Type inspection includes all test items of this standard. 5.4 The sampling plan for type inspection shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB2829. 5.5 Marking, packaging, transportation and other Requirements for complete supply of tester One tester; Two photoelectric speed sensors; One five-wheel speed sensor; One fuel consumption sensor. The packaging of the instrument and its accessories shall comply with the provisions of ZBY003 6.4 Speed slip rate counting accuracy calibration method JB/T5670-1991 Appendix A Tester accuracy inspection method (reference) Within the range of 1~100Hz, use two signal generators to generate rectangular pulses with an amplitude of 5V to simulate the sensor output of the five wheels and the left and right drive wheels respectively; use a frequency meter with an accuracy of 0.5% to monitor the frequency. The error between the tester's measured result and the frequency meter output should be less than 0.95%. See Figure A1 for the test connection diagram. The measured oil flow is within the range of 0~10mL/s.
