This standard specifies the models and type parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, standards, packaging and storage of air-cooled, single-acting, direct-connected, portable reciprocating air compressors (hereinafter referred to as air compressors). This standard applies to air compressors with a rated speed greater than or equal to +1400min and a rated exhaust pressure of 10MPa driven by a single-phase motor with an input power of 0.25--3.0kw. 4.2 Basic parameters
4.2.1 The rated exhaust pressure, nominal volume flow and input power of the drive motor of the air compressor shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2. 4.1.1.1 When the actual flow rate is greater than or equal to 1.1 times the value specified in Table 1 and Table 2, it is allowed to use the preferred value (the number of significant digits should be greater than the specified value) equal to 1.1 times the value specified in Table 1 and Table 2 as the nominal flow rate to compile the product model. 5 Requirements
5. 1 General requirements

5.1.1 The air compressor shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the samples and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1. 2 The specified conditions of air compressor are:

The accuracy of the dynamometer used for air compressor should be 2.5 or higher. The air compressor should be equipped with a one-way valve between the air outlet and the air blocking valve, and a start-up pressure relief valve can be set before the single valve. 5. 1.4
The automatic adjustment system of the air compressor should automatically stop and start the machine safely and reliably according to the change of the pressure of the air storage and air parts: 5.1.5
Safety valves should be set at all levels of air compressors, and the safety valves should be sensitive, safe and reliable. The air compressor should be equipped with an intake filter silencer.

5.1. The connection of air compressor and pipelines shall be guaranteed to be tight and there shall be no leakage. 5.1.9 The exhaust gas of air compressor shall ensure the productivity. 5.1.10 The cylinder and cylinder noise and activity shall be tested by water pressure at 15 times the working pressure. The pressure shall be maintained for 5m without leakage. 5.11 The steel parts of the compressor shall comply with the requirements of JB/T643I and JD/T9504. Aluminum parts shall comply with the requirements of GBT117, GB9438 and GBT15115. Copper alloy parts shall comply with the requirements of GB/T13821 and GB/T1511F. 5.1.12 The operating rings of oil-lubricated air compressors shall comply with the requirements of GB/T1149.3, GB/T1149.5, GBT14222 and B/15447; the operating rings and guide rings of oil-free air compressors shall comply with the technical requirements of the drawings. 5.1.13 The inner surfaces of the supporting parts of the air compressor shall be rust-proofed. 5.1.4 The motor rating shall be B or higher: the motor may be low-frequency operation or short-time operation, and short-time operation shall be adopted! : When making, it should be clearly marked with regulations.
5.1.15 The motor or the machine should be equipped with an overload protection switch and it should match the insulation rating of the motor. 5.1.16 Under rated conditions, the actual speed of the motor should be greater than or equal to 97% of the rated speed. 5.1.17 In addition to the power factor, the other technical requirements of the motor shall be in accordance with the provisions of [B/T 1011, [B/T 112 and JB 9542: 5.1.18 For the lubricating oil supply of the air compressor shaft pin, it should be ensured that the air compressor can supply less lubricating oil without adding the air compressor oil.
5.1. The air storage end and its safety accessories of air compressors with a volume greater than or equal to 25L shall be manufactured and inspected in accordance with the provisions of B/T6539: The air storage chain and its safety accessories of air compressors with a volume greater than 25L shall be manufactured and inspected in accordance with the provisions of JBT6539: 5.1.20 The air valves, rings and return rings of air compressors shall be properly operated under the conditions of use specified in the product manual.
5. 2 Performance requirements

5.2.3 When the compressor is used under the environment specified in the instruction manual, when the final exhaust pressure is the rated exhaust pressure, the actual exhaust temperature shall not exceed, and the box temperature shall not exceed: the first-stage suction temperature is 2, the suction temperature is 0.1M (the absolute exhaust temperature shall not exceed
5.2.4 The air monitoring machine has good low-voltage dynamic performance. When the ambient temperature is 20±4℃ and the voltage is 85V±?V, the air compressor should be able to start and run normally.
9.2.5 When the air compressor is used in the environment specified in the instruction manual, the final power is the rated power limit, the absolute value of the voltage difference is not greater than 5%, and the air compressor with a motor in a continuous slow-operation mode should not stop after 16 hours of reverse operation; the air compressor with a motor in a torque-operated mode should not stop after 1.5 hours of continuous operation. 5.2.6 The inside of the air compressor should be clean, and its cleanliness should not exceed the requirements of Table 7, which shows the cleanliness of the air compressor.

5.3.1 The power connection and external load of the air compressor shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 25 of GB4706.1-1992. 5.3.2 Other safety requirements of the air compressor shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB8524. 5.4 Appearance requirements

5.4.1 The outer surface of the air compressor shall be cleaned, except for the combustion surface, which shall be smooth and harmonious in color; the outer surface of the cylinder that needs to be painted shall not be puttyed, and heat-resistant paint with good thermal conductivity shall be used. Under the conditions of complying with the product instructions, the supplier shall guarantee the compressor for 6 months from the time the user takes delivery. During the warranty period, if the air compressor fails to work properly or is damaged due to poor initial quality, the supplier shall replace it free of charge. 6 Test method
The volume flow, specific power, air temperature and total lubricating oil consumption of the air compressor shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/3853. The noise level of the air compressor shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB4980. 6.25
6.1 The vibration scale of the charger shall be measured in accordance with GR/T777? 64. Cleanliness inspection method of air compressor: Wash the main body of the compressor, cylinder flange, cylinder, seal, connecting rod, folding shaft, crankcase, etc. (excluding external parts in Table 1) in a cleaning agent, filter the dirt through the screen, dry it for 1 hour, and use an ordinary scale with a precision of not less than 100%. The weight of the dirt on the scale is the cleanliness of the air compressor. The screen should comply with the provisions of C0T5310-1985, with a precision of 3 levels and a minimum mesh size of 0.08mm. 6.5. The discharge force inspection of the safety reading shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of B/T6441-19925.3.3. 6.6. The electrical safety shall be carried out in accordance with JBB524-1997. 4.15, 6.7 Online inspection method for some performance indicators: the accuracy of instruments and meters used for online inspection can be appropriately reduced, and the test results under different conditions are selected and compared with the test results according to the standard requirements: the established online inspection procedures should be used as the basis for online inspection judgment. a) The volume flow measurement is allowed to use the tank filling method and flow meter method in accordance with 0B/T15487, and the flow meter accuracy is not less than Class 5, b) Power and current measurement are allowed to use digital displays with certain accuracy, power meters, and current meters. The accuracy should not be less than Class 1, ) The electrical test in electrical safety inspection is allowed to be replaced by 1800V electricity and time in mass production. 7 Inspection regulations
7.1 Type inspection
7.1.1 Trial-produced and greatly improved air-retracting machines should be subjected to type inspection. 7.1.2 Type inspection of air compressor: The full load continuous test time shall not be less than 500h, including 4h continuous test at 1.05 times rated air pressure: 1h high temperature test at 40℃ intake air condition. During the test, the operation of all mechanisms of the air compressor shall be checked. The actual flow rate, input power, speed, temperature of lubricating oil, suction, exhaust pressure and mixing degree, total noise level of lubricating oil consumption, vibration degree, low voltage dynamic performance, safety valve discharge capacity and electrical safety shall be measured. The measured results shall comply with the provisions of the vehicle standard and records shall be kept.
Within the last 8h of the type inspection, the automatic air volume adjustment system shall be tested for flexibility, and the operation shall be normal and records shall be kept if the action is performed 8-15 times per hour.
After the formal inspection, the deactivation degree of the air compressor should be checked and should not exceed the requirements of Table 1; the wear and tear of the wearing parts and the various operating intervals should also be measured and the loss should be recorded and kept. 7.2 Zhejiang Guang Inspection
7.2, 1 Before the air compressor is shipped out, the assembly quality of the parts and components should be tested under the assembly flow. B

7.3.1 The batch-produced air compressors shall be sampled and inspected. The sampling shall be carried out according to the sampling plan specified in Table 8. The sampling time shall be evenly distributed in 1 year.

7.3.2 The full-load test time of the sampling inspection shall not be less than 48h. During the test, the working condition of the air compressor mechanism shall be carefully checked and the actual volume, input power, speed, oil temperature, exhaust pressure and temperature of each level, and total lubrication consumption shall be measured. The noise level, operating intensity, low-voltage start-up performance, safety valve discharge pressure and electrical integrity, etc., and the measured results shall comply with the provisions of this standard.
For sampling test products, the cleanliness of the air bed should be checked and should not exceed the provisions of the table: 3.3 When the sampled batch fails to meet the standards, the manufacturer shall check the batch of products one by one, and conduct audits and disposal of the unqualified products according to the standard procedures.
8 Marking, packaging and storage
8.1 Each air compressor should be marked with a nameplate or other mark in an obvious position. At least the following contents should be marked. The size of the nameplate shall comply with the provisions of B/13306.

8.3 The packaging of the air compressor shall comply with the provisions of GR/T13384: the exposed surfaces of the empty machine and spare wearing parts shall be coated with anti-rust paint and then packed and fixed in the box. The technical documents and packing list shall be packed and placed in the box.
8.4 The air compressor shall be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse or a covered place that is not traceable. 8 From the date of shipment, the manufacturer guarantees that the product will not be rusted due to packaging defects within 10 years under the correct storage and transportation conditions. Special requirements shall be implemented according to the agreement between the supply and demand parties.And measure the actual flow rate, input power, speed, lubricating oil temperature, suction, exhaust pressure and mixing degree, lubricating oil total power consumption noise level, vibration degree, low voltage dynamic performance, safety valve discharge capacity and electrical safety, etc. The measured results should meet the requirements of vehicle standards and keep records.
Within the last 8 hours of the formal inspection, the automatic air volume adjustment system shall be tested for flexibility. The operation shall be normal and records shall be kept for 8-15 actions per hour.
After the formal inspection, the deactivation degree of the air compressor shall be tested and shall not exceed the requirements of Table 1; the wear and tear of the wearing parts and various operating intervals shall also be measured, and the loss shall be recorded. 7.2 Zhejiang Guang Inspection

8.3 The packaging of the air compressor shall comply with the provisions of GR/T13384: the exposed surfaces of the empty machine and spare wearing parts shall be coated with anti-rust paint and then packed and fixed in the box. 8.4 The air compressor shall be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse or a covered place that is not traceable. 8 From the date of shipment, the manufacturer guarantees that the product will not be rusted due to packaging defects within 10 years under the correct storage and transportation conditions. Special requirements shall be implemented according to the agreement between the supply and demand parties.
