This part is Part 1 of GB/T 2671. GB/T 2671.1---2004 This part is modified to adopt ISO14580:2001 "Hexagon socket head self-tapping screws" (English version), and the main modifications are as follows: There is no "low" in the standard name of ISO14580. In order to distinguish it from GB/T2671.2 "Hexagon socket head screws", this part adds "low" in the name; -1 ISO14580 does not specify the technical requirements for packaging, this part specifies them (see Table 2); - ISO14580 does not give specific performance levels for non-ferrous metal screws, this part specifies them (see Table 2); - ISO14580 does not specify simplified markings, this part gives simplified marking examples according to the simplification principle of GB/T1237 (see 5.2). This part replaces GB/T6190-1986 "Hexagon socket head screws-4.8 grade". Compared with GB/T6190-1986, the main changes of this part are as follows: the name of the standard has been modified; - Cancel M12, (M14), M16 and M20, and add M2, M2.5, M3, (M3.5), M4 and M5 thread specifications (see Table 1); The value of the screw head height k has been adjusted comprehensively (see Table 1); The maximum length specification of the screw has been adjusted comprehensively (see Table 1); Stainless steel, non-ferrous metal materials and their corresponding performance grades have been added (see Table 2); Grade 5.8 of carbon steel materials has been added (see Table 2); "Non-electrolytic zinc flake coating" has been added to the surface treatment (see Table 2).
