1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG/T2646-94
This standard specifies the flexure tester for ordinary V-belts. The basic structure, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of the testing machine.
This standard applies to the flexural testing machine for ordinary V-belts used in general mechanical transmission devices (hereinafter referred to as the testing machine) 2

The normal working conditions of the testing machine shall conform to the provisions of HG/T2382. The stroke of the specimen's flexural reciprocating motion is 134±2mm, 4.3

Test conditions
The test shall be carried out under the conditions specified in Article 4.1 of this standard. Test tools and instruments

5.3 Install the sample on the testing machine, and adjust the rocker mechanism so that the clamp is in the highest limit position. Place the height stylus plate on the frame and make a mark on the appropriate position of the sample with the needle tip. Re-adjust the rocker mechanism to make the clamp move to the lowest limit position, and keep the height of the stylus tip unchanged, and make another mark on the sample with the needle tip. Use a steel ruler to measure the distance between the two marks as the stroke of the reciprocating motion. The average value of the three measurement results should comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. HG/T2646-94
5.4 The reciprocating frequency can be checked with a photoelectric speed sensor and a digital display. First install the sample on the testing machine, start the testing machine, read the number of times displayed in one minute from the digital display, and the results of the three measurements The average value of the result shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3. 5.5 Install the sample on the testing machine, adjust the testing machine so that the two clamps are at the same height, place the steel ruler flat on the two clamps, make the side of the steel ruler contact the side of the sample, and use a level to adjust the steel ruler to be basically horizontal. Use a universal angle ruler to measure the angle 9 between the steel ruler and the sample (as shown in Figure 3), and add 90° to the angle 6 as the measurement result. 5.9 The transportation bump performance test of the test machine shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382, and its performance shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.8. 6
Inspection rules
6.1 Each test machine must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only leave the factory with a product certificate. 6.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection is carried out on each machine according to Articles 4.2 to 4.7. Type inspection is subject to sampling inspection according to Articles 4.2 to 4.9.
6.3 The testing machine shall be subject to type inspection under the relevant circumstances specified in HG/T2382. 6.4 The sampling and judgment rules for type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. 8
