5 Test methods
H16:2261
The standard titration solutions, preparations and products used in this test method are prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB601 and GB603. The water used in the laboratory should comply with the provisions of grade 3 water in GB6682. If other provisions are required, they shall be given in the standard. 5.1.SU-2 (C, H, OSNa) content Determination: Weigh 3g of sample, accurate to 0.001g. Place in a 250mL conical flask, dissolve with 50mL ethanol-water solution (1+1), shake well, add 4-5 drops of phenolic acid indicator solution (10g/L), neutralize the free acid in the sample with potassium hydroxide solution (5g/L) until it turns slightly red, then add 50mL potassium hydroxide ethanol solution (28g/L) with a reflux condenser, boil in a water bath for 2h, and titrate with hydrochloric acid standard titration solution (c(HCI)=0.5mol/L) while hot until the red color disappears. Perform a blank test at the same time. The content X of SU-2 (C.HO,SNa) is calculated according to the following formula: +
Wherein: X-
—Percentage content of SU-2, %;
(V- y,)c × 0. 222 3
—The amount of standard hydrochloric acid titration solution consumed when titrating the sample, mL; The amount of standard hydrochloric acid titration solution consumed when titrating the blank, mL; Vowww.bzxz.net
The actual concentration of standard hydrochloric acid titration solution, mol/Lm
The mass of the sample, g
0.2223-—The mass of SU-2 equivalent to 1:00mL standard hydrochloric acid titration solution (c(HCI)=1.000mo1/L) expressed in grams.
5.2 Test of reduced iodine substance
Weigh 2.5g sample, accurate to 0.01g, add 50mL water to dissolve (solution I). Pipette 5.0mL solution I into a colorimetric tube, add 1mL iodine starch indicator solution (5g/L), add 2mL iodine (Iz) standard solution (2.54g/L), shake well, the sample solution should be blue and not fade within 5min.
5.3 Determination of pH value
Pull 10.0mL solution I, and determine the pH value according to the provisions of GB63685.4 Determination of surface tension
\Pull 2.0mL solution I, add 30mL water, shake well, and determine the surface tension according to the provisions of GB5549. 5.5 Determination of solution stability

IG2261-
Pull 4.0mz solution 1, put it in a centrifugal test tube, add 5mL water, mix well, centrifuge (speed about 3000//min) for 15min, there should be no oil droplets or oil droplets on the surface of the sample solution 5.6 Photographic performance test
According to the requirements of the user's formula, the photographic performance test of the sample is carried out, and its various indicators of photographic performance should not be lower than the standard. The SU-2 standard sample with various technical indicators that meet the requirements provided by the user is treated in the same way as the sample. 6 Inspection rules
Sampling and acceptance are carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB619, among which 5.5 Solution stability is used as a type inspection. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
7.1 Packaging
7.1.1 Solid packaging
The packaging unit is 5kg or 10kg. The inner packaging is a polyethylene bag and the outer packaging is a calcium plastic carton. 7.1.2 Liquid packaging
The packaging unit is a polyethylene plastic barrel of 5kg or 10kg. 7.2 Marking
The outer packaging box or barrel is firmly marked with a mark indicating the product name, standard number, registered trademark, net weight, gross weight, production batch number, photographic chemicals and factory date, manufacturer name and address. The box or barrel is attached or affixed with a quality inspection certificate. 6.3 Transportation and storage
