Pipeline material grade table
4.1 Overview
The pipeline material grade table is one of the main design documents compiled by the pipeline material control specialty. It is an important basis for pipeline design, pipeline material summary, engineering construction and installation, production and maintenance. 4.2 Preparation Principles
Pipeline material grade table should generally include user name, device name, project number. The contents listed in the pipeline material grade table do not include special pipe fittings such as safety valves, electric valves, pressure reducing valves, water separators (except for steam accompanying pipes), bursting plates, flame arresters, filters, silencers, etc. provided by system professionals. 4.2.3 The scope of use of the grade number (temperature, pressure, fluid) should be indicated in the pipeline material grade table. 4.2.4 Pipeline material grade code refers to the provisions of Section 1.1 of "Chemical Plant Pipeline Material Design Engineering Regulations" (HG/T20646.2).
Pipeline material grade table refers to the provisions of Table 4.2.5
3.5 of "Chemical Plant Pipeline Material Design Engineering Regulations" (HG/T20646.2).
5 Pipe wall thickness table
5.1 Overview
Pipe wall thickness table is an important document to guide the design of professional engineering such as process system, pipeline layout and pipeline machinery. 5.2 Preparation principles
5.2.1 Pipe wall thickness table should generally include pipeline grade number, nominal diameter, outer diameter and wall thickness. 5.2.2 Pipe wall thickness is generally measured in millimeters, retaining one decimal place, or expressed by pipe table number. 5.2.3 Determine the size series of pipes according to the characteristics of the device and user requirements (such as selecting Ia, Ib series or I series specified in HG20553).
5.3 Preparation requirements
5.3.1 Pipe wall thickness table should generally classify different types of materials according to grade number (such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and non-metallic, etc.). 5.3.2 Pipe wall thickness table should classify high pressure, medium and low pressure. 5.3.3, when there are pipes of different outer diameter series, their wall thickness tables should be compiled separately. 5.3.4 For different grades, when the pipes have the same material and the same wall thickness, they can be compiled together and explained in the notes.
5.3.5 For the format and specific contents of the pipe wall thickness table, please refer to Table 5.3.4. 10
