There shall be no burrs around the packing. 5.0.4 The joints of the packing rings shall not be allowed to be misaligned. The gap between the joints of the packings of DN25 and DN38mm shall be less than 0.4mm; the gap between the joints of the packings of DN50 and DN76mm shall be less than 0.8mm. The conical flange joints of the packing rings are allowed to have gaps. Inspection and Acceptance Acceptance Rules 6.1.1 The packings shall be accepted in batches, and packings of one size can be regarded as one batch. The batches of various types of packings are shown in Table 6.1.1. When the production volume of packings of one size is less than the batch specified in Table 6.1.1, the production volume of packings of one size can be regarded as one batch. Table 6.1. Filling in batches Nominal diameter DN (mm) Less than 38 6.1.2 The number of samples for testing in each batch of fillers shall not be less than 60. 3 6.1.3 If more than 5% of the number of samples do not meet the requirements of this standard, the number of samples should be doubled from the same batch of products and retested. The results of the repeated tests are applicable to the batch of products. If the unqualified rate of the retested samples is still greater than 5% of the number of samples, the batch of products is unqualified. 6.2 Inspection method 6.2.1 The diameter, wall thickness and height of the filler are measured with a vernier caliper. Each test item of each sample shall not be less than 2 test points. The measurement value requirements are shown in Table 3.2.3. 6.2.2 The ovality is measured with a vernier caliper. The ovality is determined by measuring the difference between two mutually perpendicular diameters. The measurement requirements are shown in Table 3.2.3. 6.2.3: When the shape and size of the packing are changed, the packing characteristics, fluid mechanics and mass transfer performance tests shall be conducted. 136 Marking, packaging and storage and transportation 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 The product packaging box shall contain a certificate of conformity, which shall indicate the product name, specifications and dimensions, inspection results, inspection date, production date, manufacturer's name, and shall be stamped with the quality inspection seal and inspector seal. 7.1.2 The packaging box shall indicate the product name, specifications, packing quality (or quantity), manufacturer, and moisture-proof and heavy pressure-proof marks. 7.2 Packaging The packaging shall be made of dry boxes or other packaging materials, lined with moisture-proof materials. 7. 2. 1 The packaging box must be strong enough to ensure that it is not damaged during handling and loading and unloading. 7.2.2 7.3 Transportation and Storage 7.3.1 Products should be protected from moisture and corrosion during transportation. 7.3.2 Products should be stored in a dry, non-corrosive place and ensure that the inner packaging is not damaged. 137 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
