This standard has modified the following contents of GB5718-85: 1. According to the provisions of ISO105, multi-fiber adjacent fabrics and the combination method with test specimens have been added in the corresponding chapters. 2. The description appendix of domestic instruments has been added, and the description of foreign instruments has been cancelled. 3. The unit of length has been changed to mm. 4. Only one of the three temperatures is used, and the test time is limited to 30s. 5. The test report requirements include the addition of the description of the standard number used, the sample specification description and the description of the use of multi-fiber adjacent fabrics according to ISO. This standard replaces GB5718-85 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Standardization Institute of the China National Textile and Apparel Council. The drafting units of this standard are: the Standardization Institute of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, Shanghai Textile Standards and Metrology Institute, and Shanghai Wool and Linen Textile Science and Technology Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are: Li Ming, Li Xinping, Hu Fang, Qi Yamin, and Xu Jieshou. This standard was first issued in 1985. This standard is entrusted to the Standardization Institute of the China National Textile and Apparel Council for interpretation. GB/T5718-1997 ISO Foreword ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an international alliance of national standard organizations (ISO members). The preparation of international standards is usually completed by ISO) technical committees. Each member has the right to participate in the committee for which a technical committee has been established if it is interested. Official and non-official international organizations, in contact with ISO, may also participate in the work. ISO maintains close contact with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in all matters of electrotechnical standardization. Draft international standards adopted by technical committees are circulated to members for voting, and more than 75% of them are published as international standards. International Standard ISO105-P01 was developed by ISO/TC38/SC1 Technical Committee on Textiles, Subcommittee on Testing of Colored Textiles and Dyes. This second edition is a technical revision of the first edition, canceling and replacing the first edition (ISO105-1978). IS0105 has been issued in 13 "parts", each represented by a letter (such as "Part A"), with publication years between 1978 and 1985. Each part consists of a series of "articles", represented by corresponding letters and two-digit numbers (such as "Part A01"). These "articles" are now called "parts" and are published in separate volumes, but the original letters and numbers are retained. There is a complete table of contents in ISO105-A01. 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Textiles-Tests for colour fastness Colour fastness to dry heat (except hot pressing) Textiles-Testsforcolourfastness-Colourfastness to dryheat (excluding pressing) GB/T57181997 eqvIso105-P01:1993 Replaces GB5718-85 1.1 This standard specifies a method to determine the color resistance to dry heat (excluding hot pressing) of various types of textiles used for dimension and shape stability. 1.2 This method provides three different temperatures for testing. Depending on the needs and the stability of the fiber, one or more temperatures can be used. 1.3 This method is not intended to be used to evaluate the dry heat resistance of dyeing. 2 Referenced Standards The following standards contain provisions that constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. An intermediate heated to the required temperature is heated. The discoloration of the sample and the staining of the adjacent fabric are evaluated with a gray scale. 4 Equipment and Materials 4.1 Heating device, consisting of two metal heating plates with a precisely controlled electric heating system, which can place the combined sample flat and be subjected to a pressure of 4kPa±1kPa (see Appendix A) at a selected and uniform temperature. 4.2 Adjacent fabric (according to GB/T6151-1997, 8.4), according to 4.2.1 or 4.2.2, any one of them. 4.2.1 A multi-fiber adjacent fabric that complies with GB11404. 4.2.2 Two single-fiber adjacent fabrics that comply with the corresponding chapters of GB7564~7568. The size of each piece must meet the requirements of the heating device (4.1). The first piece is made of the same fiber as the sample, if the sample is a blended product, it is made of the main fiber; the second piece is made of polyester fiber. Or otherwise specified. 4.3 If necessary, use a piece of undyed fabric. Approved by the State Administration of Elephant Technical Supervision on June 9, 1997 and implemented on December 1, 1997 GB/T5718-1997 4.4 The gray scale for evaluating color change shall comply with GB250; the gray scale for evaluating staining shall comply with GB251. 5 Test specimens 5.1 If the sample is a fabric, prepare the sample in one of the following ways: a) Take a sample of the size suitable for the heating device (4.1), contact the front side with a multi-fiber adjacent fabric (4.2.1) of the same size, and sew along the short side to form a combined sample. b) Take a sample of the size suitable for the heating device, sandwich it between two pieces of single-fiber adjacent fabric (4.2.2) of the same size, and sew along one short side to form a combined sample. 5.2 If the sample is yarn or loose fiber, take an amount of approximately half the total mass of the adjacent fabric and prepare the sample in one of the following ways: a) Place between a multi-fiber adjacent fabric of the size suitable for the heating device and a piece of undyed fabric of the same size (4.3), sew along the four sides (according to GB/T6151-1997, 9.3.3.4) to form a combined sample. b) Sandwich between two single-fiber adjacent fabrics of the size suitable for the heating device, sew along the four sides to form a combined sample. 6 Operating procedures 6.1 Place the combined sample in the heating device (4.1) and treat it at one of the following temperatures for 30s. 150℃±2℃ 180℃±2CbZxz.net 210C±2C Other temperatures may be used if necessary and should be noted in the test report. The pressure on the sample must reach 4kPa±1kPa. 6.2 Take out the combined sample and place it in the temperate standard atmosphere specified in GB6529 for 4 hours; that is, the temperature is 20℃±2℃, and the relative humidity is (65±2)%. 6.3 Use the gray sample card (4.4) to evaluate the color change of the sample, and compare it with the adjacent fabric (4.2) without placing the sample and undergoing the same treatment, and evaluate the staining of the adjacent fabric. 7 Test report The test report should include the following parts: a) The number of this standard, i.e.: GB/T5718-1997; b) The specific specifications of the sample; c) The test temperature used (according to 6.1); d) Color change grade of the sample (according to 6.3); e) If single fiber adjacent fabric is used, report the staining grade of each single fiber adjacent fabric used; () If multi-fiber adjacent fabric is used, report the multi-fiber adjacent fabric model and the staining grade of each fiber therein. 2 GB/T5718-1997 (Reminder Appendix) Test equipment A1 Applicable test equipment includes YSS-02 ironing sublimation color fastness tester, see "Textile Standards Newsletter" No. 4, 1985, and YG605 sublimation fastness tester, see the textile industry instrument product catalog for details. A2 Other devices that can meet the requirements of 4.1 equipment can be used. Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
