Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Continuous format paper for information processing 1 Subject content and scope of application QB/T3513—1999 Replaces ZBY32011---1987 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of continuous format paper for information processing. This standard applies to folded continuous format paper with transmission positioning holes used in impact printing equipment in information processing equipment. The total width size of this standard paper does not apply to continuous format paper used in printing equipment with non-adjustable paper feed transmission parts. 2 Product classification : 2.1 Continuous format paper for information processing is continuous folded book-style paper with three specifications of 500, 1000 and 2000 sheets. Other specifications are provided according to user requirements. 2.2 Product model The product model is composed of two codes: total width size and product printing type symbol. Product printing type symbol 0—-No printing .··General form printingbzxZ.net 2——Special form printing Product model printing type symbol example: 381——1 Represents total width size Represents general form printing 3 Technical requirements 3.1 Continuous format paper for information processing is processed with source paper that meets the requirements of QB/T3507 "Electronic computer continuous recording format base paper". 3.2 The total width size of continuous format paper for information processing shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4873 "Dimensions and conveying holes of continuous format paper for information processing". 3.3 The longitudinal size of continuous format paper for information processing shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4873. 3.4 The feeding holes of continuous format paper for information processing shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4873. When used on the machine, the paper should be fed smoothly without paper jams. 3.5 The transverse fold line should be arranged at the midpoint of two adjacent feeding holes, and the deviation should not exceed 0.1mm. The transverse fold line cut should be clear, no breakage is allowed, and the transverse fold line should coincide with the fold seam. 3.6 The deviation of the number of sheets per book is ±6 sheets. 3.7 No joints or broken ends are allowed in each book. 3.8 The tensile strength of the transverse fold line should not be less than one-fourth of the longitudinal tensile strength of the base paper-3.9 The fiber structure of continuous format paper for information processing should be even, the paper surface should be flat, and there should be no stains, wrinkles, holes, hard blocks, cracks and other external paper defects, and there should be no residual paper scraps, etc. Approved by the State Bureau of Light Industry on April 21, 1999 Implemented on March 1, 1999 QB/T 3513--1999 3.10 The images and texts on the printed continuous format paper for information processing should be clear, complete, and consistent in ink color, meeting the requirements of the original manuscript. The ink color of each batch of paper should be consistent, and the printed paper surface should be clean without oil stains or dirty spots. 3.11 The cutting edges of the continuous format paper for information processing should be neat and clean. 3.12 The end surface of the continuous format paper for information processing should be neat after folding, and the end surface inclination should not exceed 0.25. The diagram of the inclination of the end surface of the paper is shown in Figure 1. The calculation formula for the inclination of the end surface of the paper is: Inclination- Where: A- --the height dimension of the paper, mm; skew dimension, mm. 4 Test method 4.1 The size and conveying hole and transverse fold line position shall be inspected using a measuring instrument with an accuracy of 0.01mm. Or the test shall be conducted based on the product's performance in the machine. 4.2 The transverse fold line tensile strength test shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T453 "Determination of tensile strength and elongation of paper and paperboard". The sampling of the sample should avoid the conveying holes at both ends, and the fold line should be in the middle of the sample length. When the 1:2 indentation knife is used for indentation, the continuous points of the sample fold line are five points, as shown in Figure 2. 4.3 The inclination of the end surface of the paper is measured using a measuring instrument with an accuracy of 0.1mm. 4.4 The number of sheets, broken ends and surface quality of the paper shall be inspected by visual inspection under normal atmospheric conditions. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The delivery test of continuous format paper for information processing is based on a single delivery quantity and unit product. 5.2 The sampling and handling of samples from sample units shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of "(2) The sampling of average samples from each packaging unit" and "II. Air conditioning of samples before testing" in GB/T450 "Methods for the sampling of average samples of paper and paperboard and the handling of samples before testing". 536 kAoNiKAca- QB/T3513-1999 5.3 The sampling for delivery sample inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828 "Batch-by-Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to the Inspection of Continuous Batch)". 5.4 The group inspection level, sampling plan and acceptable quality level (AQL) of the delivery test items shall be as specified in Table 1. Table 1 Grouping of items for acceptance test and qualified quality level Defect type Major defect Minor defect Indicator name Total width, longitudinal dimension, conveying hole Joint, broken end Transverse fold line tensile strength Surface quality Inclination Printing quality Transverse fold line position Inspection level Insertion sample plan Second normal sampling Sampling inspection plan Second normal sampling Sampling inspection plan Qualified quality level (AQL) 5.5 During the acceptance test, the conveying hole can be inspected based on the requirements for use on the machine. 5.6 If the user has any objection to the quality of a batch of products, it should notify the manufacturer within two months after arrival and jointly sample and inspect the quality of the batch of products. If it is unqualified, the batch will be judged as an unqualified batch and will be handled by the manufacturer. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage 6.1 The front of the continuous format paper for information processing should be printed or marked with the front and back. 6.2 The continuous format paper for information processing should be packaged with moisture-proof materials and placed in a carton and sealed. When there are several format papers in the box, each paper should be clearly marked to distinguish them. 6.3 The product name, model, specification, quantity, manufacturer name, production date, responsibility chapter and the "Do not invert", "Handle with care", "Prevent moisture" and other signs in accordance with GB191 "Packaging, Storage and Transportation Instructions" should be marked on both sides of the carton. 6.4 The product should be transported by a canopy and clean transportation vehicle. It should not be stored in an open warehouse during transit. The product should not be exposed to rain, snow or liquid substances or mechanical damage during transportation. 6.5 Continuous format paper for information processing should be stored and used indoors with an ambient temperature of 10-30℃ and a relative humidity of 30%-70%. Before use, it should be placed in a temperature of (22 ± 2) °C and a relative humidity of 40% to 70% for temperature and humidity treatment for no less than 8 hours.
