5.1 Industrial caprolactam should be inspected by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer on a batch basis. The manufacturer should ensure that all shipped Lactam meets the requirements of this standard. Each batch of caprolactam shipped from the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format, including the name of the manufacturer, product name, product grade, batch number, production date, proof that the product quality complies with this standard, and the number of this standard. 5.2 The user has the right to inspect the quality of caprolactam received in accordance with the inspection rules and test methods specified in this standard. The validity period is 3 months from the date of shipment.
5.3 Products of the same grade are considered to be one batch, and each batch of products shall not exceed 60t, or one batch shall be based on the output of each shift. 5.4 Sampling method:
For bagged products, determine the number of sampling bags as specified in Table 2 and take random samples. If the total number of bags is greater than 500, the number of sampling bags is calculated and determined according to 3×/N, where N is the total number of bags in each batch of products. If there are decimals, round them up to an integer. Insert the sampler into 3/4 of the bag to take samples, and the total sample volume shall not be less than 2kg. Total number of bags

24|| tt||5.5 Mix the collected samples carefully, put them into two clean and dry polyethylene plastic bottles (bags), seal them tightly, attach a label, and indicate the product name, batch number, and sampling date. One bottle (bag) is for inspection, and the other bottle (bag) is sealed and stored for 3 months for future reference. 5.6 The judgment of the inspection results shall be carried out according to the rounding value comparison method in GB1250, and the rounding shall be carried out according to GB8170. 5.7 If any indicator in the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the number of bags for re-inspection. If the results obtained still have one indicator that does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products will be deemed unacceptable. qualified. 5.8 When the supply and demand parties have objections to product quality, the arbitration unit can be selected by both parties through negotiation, and the inspection should be carried out according to the test methods specified in this standard.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Industrial caprolactam packaging bags should have the following marks: manufacturer name, product name, grade, batch number, net weight, trademark, production date and this label standard encdoing.
6.2 Caprolactam is packed in double-layer bags. The inner bag is a polyethylene film bag, which is heat-sealed; the outer bag is a polyethylene three-in-one bag, selected according to the regulations of GB8947, and sealed by mechanical sewing. The net weight of each bag is 25±0.25kg, and the average net weight of each bag is not less than 25kg. Or it can be packaged according to the weight required by the user, and its packaging requirements are similar to 25kg packaging.
6.3. Caprolactam should be stored in a dry and clean warehouse. Caprolactam should be protected from moisture and sunlight during transportation to prevent damage to the packaging bag.
