4 Inspection Rules
QB/T 3594 1999
4.1 Products shall be inspected by the factory inspection department before leaving the factory. Products that meet the technical indicators shall be allowed to leave the factory. Each batch of products shall be numbered, and the product name shall include batch number, location, and production date.
4. During the acceptance process, the receiving unit shall conduct all or part of the inspections according to the technical indicators of this standard, and the inspection personnel shall conduct inspections of all or part of the indicators. The rate of the batch shall be as low as 5% to 10%, and the sampling volume of each can (box) shall not be less than 20g. 4.3 When sampling, please carefully remove the dust and debris on the can (box) and tray to prevent foreign debris from falling into the sample. 4.4 During the acceptance, if it is found that the technical indicators are not met, the sample shall be re-tested. If the milk does not meet the requirements of this standard, the production and acceptance units shall jointly negotiate for exemption. 5. Labeling, packaging, transportation, storage
51. The printed color oil type should be packed in cans (boxes) or iron barrels. The iron barrels (boxes) should be packed in outer packaging boxes.52. The cans (disks) should be labeled with trademarks, manufacturer name, model, product name, production number and packaging date.53. The outer packaging surface should have the manufacturer name, model, product name, number, title and "Do not invert" mark.54. The product shall not be stored in the open air. The room must be dry and ventilated to prevent fire.5.5. During transportation and slow transportation, it shall not be pulled, dropped, bumped or rubbed to prevent the magnetic phase from overflowing from the packaging.56. This product can be transported by various tools such as cars, trucks, and machines.5.7. This product has an effective storage period of two years from the date of production under the storage conditions that meet the requirements of 5.4.5B. During the effective storage period, some individual indicators of this product may change. The manufacturer must ensure its use.
