Altitude shall not exceed 2500m;
Ambient temperature shall be 0~+40℃;wwW.bzxz.Net
c. When the ambient temperature is 25℃, the relative humidity of the air shall be below 95%. 4.3 Fabric moisture content
The moisture content of the fabric after dehydration by the dehydrator shall be measured according to the method specified in Article 5.3, and its moisture content H shall not be greater than 70%. 4.4 Vibration

The measured sound power level (A-weighted) noise value shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.5. 5.6 Determination of power consumption ratio
Industrial dehydration machine is under rated condition. Use three-phase watt-hour meter and timer. Start timing from the start of temperature rise test and record the three-phase watt-hour meter number at the same time. When it reaches 30min, record the number of the three-phase watt-hour meter immediately. The difference between the two is the power consumption, which is converted into power consumption per hour kw.h.
Where: Q—power consumed by dehydrating unit fabric weight, kW·h/kgG,—weight of fabric before immersion after drying, kg. It should meet the requirements of Article 4.6.
5.7 Appearance inspection method
Use visual inspection to meet the requirements of Article 4.8. 5.8 Unbalanced operation test
Industrial dehydration machine is under rated condition. Put the standard load cloth or simulated load of 5% rated dehydration capacity around the rotor for operation test. During the test, it should meet the requirements of Article 4.9. 5
6 Inspection rules
JB/T7819-1995
6.1 The inspection of industrial dehydrators is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1.1 Factory inspection
Before each industrial dehydrator leaves the factory, it must be inspected according to items 1, 8, 9, 10, 14 and 15 specified in Table 3. And keep records of factory inspection.
Type inspection
Industrial dehydrators should be subject to type inspection in any of the following situations: trial production inspection of new products and old products transferred to the factory for production; b.
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, an inspection should be carried out periodically after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; after the product is discontinued and production is resumed;
When there is a major abnormality between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. Type inspection shall include all items specified in this standard and JB7833. Sampling plan for type inspection
The samples for type inspection shall be randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection; for specifications with a rated dehydration capacity of 30kg and less than 30kg, 3 units shall be randomly selected. For specifications with a rated dehydration capacity greater than 30kg, 1 unit shall be randomly selected. Each unit shall be inspected according to all the items specified in Table 3. Table 3

Test methods
After the industrial dehydrator is inspected, if one item of the safety requirements in Table 3 fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. For other items in Table 3, if two items fail, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. If only one item fails, the unqualified item can be retested twice. If one item still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified; if the retest is qualified, the batch of products shall be deemed qualified.
6.4 The validity period of the type test report is 18 months. 7 Packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Packaging
7.1.1 The industrial dehydrator should be packed in a firm packing box, or packed according to the user's requirements. The box should be properly padded and have moisture-proof protection measures.
7.1.2 Before packing, the machine surface should be cleaned and some metal surfaces should have rust-proof protection measures. 7.1.3
The packing box should ensure that the industrial dehydrator will not be damaged due to loading and unloading, vibration, moisture, etc. under the conditions of storage, transportation and storage. The outer surface of the packing box should be clearly marked with:
Product name;
Product trademark;
Product model;
Net weight, kgs
Gross weight, kg:
External dimensions: length×width×height, mm;
