3.2 Type and structure
3.2.1 The linear vibrating screen is a seat type, installed on the left or right (along the material flow direction, the motor is located on the left for left installation and on the right for right installation). The structural type is shown in the figure.

4Technical requirements
JB/T6389-92
Linear vibrating screens shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. General technical requirements
Carbon steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB11352. Ordinary carbon steel parts shall comply with the provisions of GB700. High-quality carbon steel parts shall comply with the provisions of GB699. Welded parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.3. Forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.7. Purchased parts shall have a certificate of conformity, and outsourced parts shall be assembled only after being inspected and qualified by the quality management department. The materials used for each part shall have a material certificate or laboratory inspection report. Machine performance requirements
Requirements during normal operation:
The double amplitude difference of the symmetrical points of the two side plates shall not exceed 1mm; the lateral swing of the screen box shall not exceed 1mm;
The frequency deviation of the screen machine shall not exceed ±2.5%;
The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 45, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 85℃; The no-load noise shall not exceed 85dB (A)
Requirements during shutdown:
The shutdown amplitude (resonance amplitude) of the screen machine shall not exceed 5 times the working amplitude; b.
The shutdown time shall not exceed 30s.
4.3.3 The screen plate shall be firmly fixed on the screen frame and shall not be loose. 4.4 Requirements for main components
4.4.1 Screen box
Universal.
Both side plates and crossbeam steel pipes shall not be spliced, and the side plates shall be bent as a whole plate. The connectors of each connection part of the screen frame shall adopt high-strength bolts or ring rivets, and their tensile strength shall not be less than 900MPa. After the screen frame is formed, the difference in the length of the two diagonals shall not exceed 1mm for every 1000mm. The flatness tolerance of each screen surface is 2mm.
The screen plate is only used in two sizes (600mm×750mm and 400mm×750mm). It should be interchangeable in screen boxes of various specifications. 4.4.1.6 Screen plates of various materials should be interchangeable. 4.4.2 Vibrator
4.4.2.1 The vibrator is eccentric and external. 4.4.2.2 The vibrator should rotate flexibly after assembly, and the axial movement should not exceed 2mm. 4.4.3 The supporting springs should be rubber springs or composite springs, and the two should be interchangeable. The springs used for each screen machine should be selected in groups, with the front and rear height difference not greater than 5mm and the stiffness difference not greater than 5%. 4.5 Painting requirements
4.5.1 The painted surface should comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.10. All non-machined surfaces must be free of rust and oil before painting, and the exposed machined surfaces should be coated with anti-rust oil.
4.5.2 The paint color should comply with the provisions of JB2299. 4.6 Safety requirements
4.6.1 The electrical equipment of the linear vibrating screen should comply with the provisions of GB4064. 4.6.2 The distance between the vibrating part and the surrounding fixed facilities should not be less than 80mm. 4.7 Completeness

A complete set of linear vibrating screen includes: screen body, supporting spring group and support, motor and support, coupling. 4.7.1
4.7.2 Spare parts and wearing parts shall be provided according to the order contract. 4.7.3 Technical documents: installation and operation instructions, certificate of conformity, general installation drawing, complete delivery list and wearing parts drawing. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 The test method of linear vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of JB4042. 5.2 Before leaving the factory, the linear vibrating screen shall be subjected to a no-load test of no less than 4 hours connected to the line by the manufacturer, and shall meet the following requirements: a.
The performance of the whole machine shall meet 4.3;
All lubrication points and oil seals must not leak oil;
After idling, check all connecting bolts and tighten them. Noise measurement should comply with the provisions of GB3768. Surface quality is measured daily.
Measure the bearing temperature at the oil hole with a point thermometer. Dimensions and clearances are measured with a steel ruler, vernier caliper, and feeler gauge. The assembly type should comply with the order requirements.
Products can only be shipped after passing the inspection, and documents proving the quality of the products are attached. Users have the right to check whether the product quality and indicators meet the requirements of this standard 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Product marking
Each linear vibrating screen should be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous place that is not easy to damage or fall off. The type and size of the label should comply with the provisions of 6.1.1
GB/T13306.
The label should include the following:
Model, specification and name;
Main technical parameters:
Factory number and date;
Name of the manufacturing unit.
Products that have won the National Quality Award can be accompanied by a quality mark. Products that have won the Ministry of Quality Award can also be marked accordingly. The text and logo on the outside of the package should comply with the provisions of GB191. Complete sets of linear vibrating screens are packaged according to the packing list and should comply with the provisions of Article 4.7 on complete sets. The screen body should be partially wrapped, the exposed processed surface should be coated with anti-rust oil, and wrapped with plastic cloth. Other packaging should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. For export products, the requirements of foreign trade departments and foreign merchants should be considered. 6.6
Products should meet the requirements of land and water transportation when shipped. Products should be stored flat and stable, a certain distance from the ground, and should not be stacked. When stored in the open air, measures should be taken to prevent rain, sun and water accumulation. If the product is stored for more than half a year, it should be maintained once. 7 Manufacturing Guarantee
The manufacturer shall ensure that the vibrating screen meets the requirements of this standard before leaving the factory. 7.1:
7.2 Under the premise that the user complies with the instruction manual and the relevant provisions of this standard, if the product cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality within 2 years from the date of delivery or within 1 year from the date of installation by the user, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts (excluding wearing parts) free of charge.
