This standard applies to leafy vegetables, root vegetables, stem vegetables, solanaceous vegetables, melons, and legumes. 2 Normative references GB19338—2003 The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For all dated referenced documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. Root vegetables: mainly include radish, carrot, root mustard, and turnip. Stem vegetables: mainly include stem cabbage and stem mustard.
