This standard is a revision of ZB92016-90 Technical Conditions for Bulk Feed Delivery Trucks. This standard is different from ZBB92016-90, and the main technical contents are changed as follows: the original standard inspection rules are changed from regular inspection and final inspection to factory inspection and type inspection; the selection and judgment rules in the original standard are changed. This standard is part of the Beijing 9868 series of standards for bulk feed transport vehicles. This series of standards includes the following parts: JH/T9868.J—1999 Bulk feed transport vehicle specifications and parameters JH/T9868.2—1999 Technical conditions for bulk feed transport vehicles JH/T9868.3—1999 Test methods for bulk feed transport vehicles This standard shall be implemented from February 9, 2016 to 90. 4.1 General technical requirements
4.1.! 4. 5.1 The hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of 6B3766. 4.5.2 The hydraulic components used shall comply with the provisions of G/T7935. 4.5.3 The hydraulic system shall be equipped with some filters with a maximum particle size not exceeding 30 μm. 4.5.4 The hydraulic pipes shall be connected and installed neatly, firmly fixed, and the system shall be leak-free. 4.5.5 When the pressure of the oil pipe reaches 1.5 of the rated stopping force, it shall be maintained for 3 minutes without oil leakage, loss of parts, or disconnection of joints.
4.5.6 The exterior of the hydraulic pipeline must be treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment. 4.6 Unloading mechanism
4.6.1 The basic parameters of the feeding mechanism shall comply with the provisions of JD9.1. 4.6.2 The feeding mechanism shall be strong and secure and equipped with safety devices. 4.6.3 The unloading mechanism shall be securely fixed when the feed truck is driving and shall not be loose. The feeding operation shall be smooth, flexible and accurate. 4.6.4 The operating force of the operating mechanism shall not exceed 100N. 4.6.5 The unloading mechanism shall operate properly and shall not be prone to movement, slippage or jamming. If the vehicle is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the parts free of charge, including the damaged parts.

For special machines purchased and assembled, they should be handled in accordance with the storage regulations of the automobile industry after installation. 7.3.2 The anti-rust validity period of feed trucks and spare parts is not less than 6 months under the custody and transportation of the main case. 8 Manufacturer's guarantee.
