1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the conditions and test methods for the impact test of analytical instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments) GB11606.17--89
This standard is applicable to assessing the adaptability and structural integrity of completely packaged instruments to repetitive mechanical impacts that may be suffered during transportation.
2 Test conditions
2.1 Test level
Acceleration: 10±1g,
Pulse duration: 11±2ms;
Pulse repetition rate: 1~1.7Hz;
Number of continuous impacts: 1000±10 times;
Pulse waveform: approximately half-sine wave.
2.2 Requirements for test equipment
Pulse waveform of collision test (half-sine)

2.2.1 The tabletop of the collision table should be rigid enough and can produce a half-sine collision pulse wave similar to the nominal acceleration time curve \ shown by the dotted line in the legend. The actual line shows the allowable error range. 2.2.2 During the test, the allowable error limit of the actual collision pulse velocity change should be 80%-120% of the nominal pulse value. The calculation of the collision pulse velocity should be integrated from 0.4D before the pulse to 0.1D after the pulse (see figure). 2.2.3 The collision pulse is measured by an acceleration sensor installed at the detection point. The detection point should be as close as possible to the fixed point of the test instrument closest to the center of the collision table. The acceleration sensor should be rigidly connected to the fixed point. 2.2.4 At the detection point, the positive and negative acceleration values ​​perpendicular to the collision direction shall not exceed 30% of the nominal pulse acceleration value at any time.
2.3 Requirements for instruments
When the weight of the test instrument exceeds the load capacity of the collision table, each extension of the instrument can be tested separately. 3 Test method
3.1 Initial inspection

3.2.1 The instrument should be fixed on the test table in the transportation state. Instruments that cannot be installed directly can be installed through transition structures, which should have sufficient rigidity.
3.2.2 Instruments with shock absorbers should be tested together with the shock absorbers. 3.3 Test
