3 Terms
3.1 Maximum starting torque
The maximum value of the torque generated by the sudden flow of current into the motor at the moment of starting. 3.2 Maximum operating torque

4.1 External protection level
The external protection level of the motor is IP44. If the user has requirements, IP23 motors can also be supplied (see GB/T4942.1). 4.2 Cooling method

Fully enclosed and externally ventilated motors should be interchangeable by adding or removing appropriate covers and blowers. When changing the fully enclosed type to the externally ventilated type or vice versa, it is allowed to remove or install the internal fan. 4.3 Structural Installation Type
The structural installation type of the motor is IM1004 (see GB/T997), the motor shaft is horizontal, the motor foot is downward, and there are two round chain-shaped shaft extensions.
4.4 Installation Dimensions
The installation dimensions and tolerances of the motor shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1. If the tolerances are not specified in the installation dimensions, the taper of the motor shaft extension is 1:10 according to GB/T4772.1. When the user requires the shaft extension to be 1:9.6 or the LC size changes, it can be agreed with the manufacturer separately:
The shaft extension at the drive end of the motor shall be equipped with a shaft extension chain, a locking washer and a nut, and the shaft extension at the drive end (usually the commutator end) shall be equipped with a protective cover.

The rated voltage of the dynamic magnet winding of the externally excited motor is 220V or 110V. 4.7 Rated value of motors of various frame sizes The rated voltage of motors of various frame sizes shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. When the motor is powered by a DC power supply with no obvious pulsation (using a rotating generator as the power supply) for testing, it shall meet the temperature rise requirements specified in Table 3.3. Motors with a rated voltage of 220V shall be able to operate at 500V and below. The maximum operating voltage of motors with other rated voltages shall be agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer. When the operating voltage of the motor is higher than the above rated voltage, the rated operating torque specified in Table 3 is allowed to be reduced. The externally ventilated motor shall be able to output the specified rated power when the through-flow airflow is provided as specified in Table 3. The cooling air shall enter the motor from any air outlet.
The motor shall be able to operate at the maximum safe operating speed specified in Table 3 without damage. The moment of inertia (J) indicated by mr2 (m-mass disk; m=mean radius of the rotating body) shall not exceed the corresponding value given in Table 3. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 Ambient temperature and altitude
The motor shall be able to operate normally when the ambient temperature is between -30℃ and +40℃ and the altitude does not exceed 1000m. 5.2 Motor powered by rectifier power supply
When powered by a variable voltage rectifier power supply (i.e., thyristor converter), The motor is running at the rated auxiliary output specified in Table 3. At this time, the pulsation of the rectifier power supply does not exceed the pulsation component generated by the three-phase 50Hz, six controllable pulses (the main pulse frequency is 300 or 600Hz) and 4

when the AC line voltage is 400V and the DC average voltage is 440V. When the rectifier power supply is connected to a three-phase full-bridge line, the motor can be used without a smoothing reactor. Note: If the pulsation component of the rectifier power supply used by the motor exceeds the above provisions, its performance The performance of the DC power supply with the same grid voltage RMS value may be very different. Under the same rated load, the motor's resistance, speed regulation, shaft current and noise may increase, and the commutation may deteriorate. The degree of difference will depend on the size of the pulsating current in the motor circuit, and the fewer the rectifier pulses and the larger the phase control mouse, the greater the difference.
5.3 Wet rise
The motor adopts a lower insulation structure:
When the motor is running at rated output power and specified working system, and its ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃, any The temperature rise of any winding should not exceed 75K when measured by the thermometer method or 110K when measured by the resistance method. The temperature rise of the commutator should not exceed 85K when measured by the thermometer. The temperature rise of other parts such as the armature core, the resistor, the brush holder, the pole tip, etc. should not lead to a reduction in the motor's operating performance and service life.
The temperature rise of the motor can be measured by the resistance method or the thermometer method to see if it meets the requirements of this standard. The temperature rise test of the short-time working (S2) motor should be started when the difference between the temperature of the motor windings and other parts and the ambient temperature is no more than ±5K. 5.4 Heating of excitation windings at rest
The temperature rise of the separately (parallel) excited windings of separately (parallel) excited or compound excited motors (S31 system) at rest under continuous rated excitation current shall not exceed the provisions of 5.3.
