5.12.1 Prepare the paint film according to the provisions of GB1736. 5.12.2 Test according to the provisions of GB1981. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 All the technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items. Except for the three items of moisture and heat resistance, temperature change resistance and volume resistivity (which shall be inspected at least once a year), the remaining items of various paints are factory inspection items. 6.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical requirements of this standard. The product shall have a certificate of conformity and, if necessary, instructions for use and precautions. 6.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the quality does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the supplier and the buyer shall jointly resample and re-inspect in accordance with GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the product shall be unqualified and the receiving department shall have the right to return the product.
6.4 The product shall be sampled in accordance with the provisions of GB3186. The sample shall be divided into two parts, one for sealed storage for future reference and the other for inspection. 6.5 The supplier and the buyer shall check and verify the product packaging, quantity and marking. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the quantity is inconsistent, or the marking does not meet the requirements, the relevant departments shall be notified in time for handling. 6.6 When there is a dispute between the supplier and the buyer over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 7 Marking
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB9750.
8 Packaging, storage and transportation
HG/T2003—91
8.1 The product should be stored in a clean, dry and sealed container with the filling amount not exceeding 95% of the volume. When storing, the product should be kept ventilated, dry, and protected from direct sunlight. It should be isolated from fire and away from heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts should be made to cool it down. 8.2 When transporting the product, it should be protected from rain and sunlight and should comply with relevant regulations. 8.3 Under the storage conditions in accordance with Articles 8.1 and 8.2, the effective storage period of the product is calculated from the date of production, depending on the product. If the storage period is exceeded, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this standard and can still be used if the results meet the requirements. 9 Safety, hygiene and environmental protection regulations

Various component paints must be used within the specified service life of the product. A1
Resistor paint and capacitor paint must be adjusted to a paint liquid viscosity suitable for coating components of different specifications, or the viscosity can be adjusted according to the provisions of the product manual.
After the component is dipped in paint, the excess paint droplets on the surface should be removed, and it can be placed in the drying room only after the surface is dry. A3
Potentiometer paint is added with carbon black by the user, or acetylene black is ground to adjust the required resistance value. The diluent is xylene, butanol, cyclohexanone, or a mixed solvent of xylene: butanol = 3:1 (weight ratio). Additional remarks:
This standard is proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Paints and Pigments. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Kailin Paint Factory.
