Implementation on 1992-08-01
4.2.1 Butanol-acetone extraction method (arbitration method) in accordance with the provisions of GB11987.
4.2.2 Ethanol dissolution method
QB 1429—92
After the industrial sodium alkyl sulfonate sample is tested for petroleum ether dissolved matter in 4.3, the alcohol aqueous solution at the bottom of the extractor and the washing liquid of the petroleum ether extract are transferred to a 250mL volumetric flask, diluted to scale, mixed, and 100ml of the solution is pipetted into a 150mL beaker, evaporated to dryness on a water bath, transferred to a 105°C oven, dried to constant weight, and then tested according to the provisions of 8.2 and 8.3 of GB/T13173.2. The mass percentage content (X) of total sodium alkyl sulfonate is calculated according to formula (1): .2.5×(m1-m2—0.0585VC)×100X
Where: m--|| tt||The mass of solid matter in 100ml solution, g; m----The mass of ethanol insoluble matter in 100mL solution?g—4.3The mass of sample used to determine the petroleum ether soluble matter g; m
V-----The volume of silver nitrate standard solution consumed for titration of ethanol soluble matter mI.; (-——-The concentration of silver nitrate standard solution used for titration, mol/L; 0.0585
The millimolar mass of sodium chloride·g/mmol. 4.3The determination of petroleum ether soluble matter content
According to the provisions of GB11989.
4.4The determination of pH value
According to the provisions of GB6368.wwW.bzxz.Net
4.5The determination of alkyl monosulfonate content in total sodium alkyl sulfonate shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB11988.
4.6 Determination of sodium chloride content
(1)
Weigh 1g (accurate to 0.001g) of sample into a 250mL conical flask, add 100mL of water to dilute, and then determine the sodium fluoride content (%) in the sample according to the provisions of 8.3.2 of GB/T13173.2 and calculate it according to formula (2) of 8.3.4. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
5.1.1 Type inspection
Industrial sodium alkyl sulfonate shall be subject to type inspection in the following circumstances: a. Changes in production raw materials or processes;
b. Requirement by quality supervision departments at all levels or users; c. Normal production ~ quarterly inspection - times.
5.1.2 Factory inspection
Except for the content index of alkyl monosulfonate, the other technical requirements are factory inspection items. The product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer for the inspection items, and can only be shipped after the certificate of conformity is issued after passing the inspection. 5.2 Batching and sampling
5.2.1 The products of a certain specification and brand shall be batched with the quantity delivered at one time. 5.2.2 According to the batch size, determine the sample size according to Table 2. 455
Batch, barrel
Sample size
Note: Products loaded in tank trucks shall be fully sampled. QB1429—92
51~150
5.2.3 Take equal amounts of samples from the middle of the sample barrel with a sampling tube to make the total amount 3kg, mix them thoroughly, and pack them into three clean and dry containers, and label them with: sample name, type, batch number, production unit, sampling date. The samples shall be inspected by both parties to the delivery, and the third copy shall be kept by the delivery party for arbitration inspection, and the storage period shall be one month. 5.3. Judgment of inspection results
5.3.1 Inspection of packaging quality should be fully inspected at the delivery location, and product packaging that does not meet the requirements should be replaced. 5.3.2 If one of the physical and chemical index inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, it is allowed to take double the amount of samples from the batch for re-inspection of the unqualified items. If it still fails, the batch of products will be judged as an unqualified batch. 5.3.3 When the delivery parties have objections to the product quality inspection results, they can negotiate to resolve the issue. If necessary, they can jointly select an arbitration agency for inspection and ruling.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The packaging container should have the following markings:
Product name and type;
Gross weight and net weight;
Manufacturer's name;
Packing date
6.2 Industrial sodium alkyl sulfonate is packaged in iron barrels or plastic barrels, and can also be filled in tank trucks. The packaging weight should not be less than the nominal filling volume. The packaging container must be clean, and no impurities or dirt should remain in the barrel. The barrel must be tightly sealed after filling. 6.3 During transportation, it should be loaded and unloaded gently to prevent collision. 6.4 The product should be placed in a ventilated and dry warehouse, away from various sources of corrosion, to ensure that the packaging container is not damaged. 6.5 The product may be stratified when stored at a low temperature (below 10°C) or for a long period of time. It must be heated and shaken thoroughly before use to avoid affecting the use effect.
6.6 Under the specified storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life of this product is six months from the date of packaging. Additional notes:
