National Standard of the People's Republic of China Alumina powders for use ln electron ceramics Alumina powders for use ln electron ceramics1Subject content and applicable scope GB/T15154-94 This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of alumina powders for use ln electron ceramics. This standard applies to alumina powders for use ln electron ceramics. 2 Reference standards GB 6523 GB 6524 GB6609 GB9530 Determination of effective density of alumina powder-pycnometer methodDetermination of particle size distribution of metal powders-light transmission methodChemical analysis method of alumina Terminology of electronic ceramics SJ2319Emission spectrum analysis method for impurities in tri-supported aluminum for electronic ceramics3 Terms, symbols and codes The terms, symbols and codes used in this standard conform to the provisions of GB 9530. 4 Product classification Alumina powder materials are divided into the following 4 categories according to their application fields and performance: Category 5 Technical requirements 5.1 Chemical composition General alumina powder materials Fine-grained aluminum amide powder materials Ultrafine alumina powder materials High-purity ultrafine alumina powder materials The chemical composition of alumina powder is shown in Table 1. Approved by Japan Technical Supervision Bureau on July 26, 1994 and implemented on February 1, 1995 5.2 Physical properties GB/T 15154—94 Chemical composition of alumina powder materials The physical properties of alumina powder materials are shown in Table 2. Table 2 Physical properties of alumina powder materials 6 Test methods 6.1 Chemical composition Particle size Average particle size d≤o.3m True density The chemical composition of alumina powder materials is determined according to the method specified in GB6609. 6.2 Impurity content The impurity content of alumina powder materials is determined according to the method specified in SJ2319. 6.3 True density The true density of alumina powder materials is determined according to the method specified in GB6523. 6.4 Particle size The particle size distribution and average particle size of alumina powder materials are determined according to the method specified in GB6524. 6.5 Crystal form GB/T-15154-94 The crystal form of alumina powder materials is determined by X-ray diffraction. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Inspection classification The inspection of alumina powder materials is divided into finalization inspection, acceptance inspection and routine inspection. 7.1.1 Finalization inspection 7.1.1.1 When alumina powder materials are undergoing trial production of new products or old products, the manufacturer shall conduct finalization inspection according to the items specified in Table 1 and Table 2 of this standard. 7.1.2 Acceptance inspection When alumina powder materials are delivered, acceptance inspection must be carried out. The items of acceptance inspection are chemical composition, impurity content, particle size distribution and true density. bZxz.net 7.1.3 Routine inspection 7.1.3.1 In order to determine whether alumina powder materials meet the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer shall conduct routine inspection according to the items specified in Table 1 and Table 2. Routine inspection shall not be less than once a year. Routine inspection shall also be carried out when major changes are made to the manufacturing process or raw materials. 7.2 Inspection batch An inspection batch consists of alumina powder materials with the same formula and produced continuously under the same conditions. 7.3 Judgment rules When the alumina powder materials are tested according to the test methods specified in Chapter 6 of this standard, if the indicators of all samples meet the requirements of Table 1 and Table 2 of this standard, the powder materials are considered to be qualified. If one sample does not meet any requirement of this standard during the test, the unqualified items should be retested with twice the number of samples made from the same batch of powder materials. If the retest still fails, the powder materials are considered to be unqualified. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 8.1 Marking 8.1.1 A label should be placed in the packaging bag of aluminum fluoroamide powder materials, which should indicate: a. Manufacturer name: Product name! Trademark: Product model or mark, Manufacturing date (or number) or production batch number: Standard code: Inspector's seal. The packaging bag of aluminum chloride powder material should have the following marks:. Manufacturer name: Product name or model Specification code: Trademark; Product model or mark; Manufacturing date or production batch number. 8.2 Packaging Alumina powder material is packaged in woven bags with plastic film inside. 8.3 Transportation Alumina powder material can be transported by any means of transportation, and it should be protected from rain during transportation. 8.4 Storage GB/r15154-94 Alumina powder material is stored in a ventilated and clean warehouse, and is stored separately from other powder materials.
