This standard specifies the model representation method, basic parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking and packaging of seed cotton cleaning machines (hereinafter referred to as cleaning machines).
This standard applies to roller-type cleaning machines. Other types of cleaning machines can also be used for reference. 2

5.1.1 The cleaning machine shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1.2
Matching purchased parts shall comply with the current relevant standards and have product certificates. The cleaning machine shall meet safety requirements, and there shall be protective devices at the transmission parts that affect safety, and reliable anti-loosening devices shall be provided for parts that are easy to loosen.
Welding slag.
Castings shall comply with the provisions of GB9439, and the surface of parts shall be free of burrs, rust and other mechanical damage. The bite joints of sheet metal parts shall be flat and firm; the welds of welded parts shall be firm and reliable, and there shall be no false welding, desoldering and burn-through. The dimensional tolerance of castings shall not be lower than the CT9~CT10 requirements specified in GB6414. The dimensional tolerance of holes and shafts matching rolling bearings shall not be lower than IT8 and IT7 specified in GB1800. The unmarked tolerances in the drawings shall be in accordance with the following provisions:
The unmarked dimensional tolerance of machined parts shall not be lower than IT14 specified in GB1804; the unmarked shape and position tolerance of machined parts shall not be lower than C specified in GB1184; b.
The unmarked dimensional tolerance of sheet metal parts shall not be lower than IT16 specified in GB1804. 5.2 Machine performance
The cleaning rate shall not be lower than 40%. www.bzxz.net
The cleaning rate of the cleaning machine with a cleaning drum shall not be less than 70%. The cotton drop rate shall not exceed 0.16%
The power consumption per 100 kg of seed cotton shall not exceed 0.16 kWh.
The seed cotton shall be fluffy after cleaning.
When the cleaning machine is in normal operation, its noise shall not exceed 85 dB (A). The whole machine shall have a good seal. Under normal working conditions, the dust content of the air at the cleaning machine operation site shall meet the requirements of other dusts in Article 32 (II) of TJ36 for productive dust. 5.2.8
The seed cotton after cleaning shall not be lower than the original grade, and the fiber length shall not be reduced. The use effectiveness shall not be less than 96%.
Main parts and components quality
5.3.1 The brush shall meet the relevant provisions of NJ332. JB/T6282.11992
5.3.2 The dynamic balance accuracy of the cleaning drum shall not be lower than G16 level specified in GB9239. 5.3.3 The spikes shall be firmly, reliably and evenly arranged on the drum surface, and the height difference shall not exceed 4mm. 5.3.4 The racks shall be firmly and evenly arranged on the drum surface, and there shall be no defects such as reverse teeth and twisted teeth. The tips of the tooth spikes shall be on the same circumference. 5.3.5 The arc surface of the net shall be smooth without obvious bumps. 5.4 Assembly quality
5.4.1 All parts and components shall be assembled only after they have passed the inspection of the inspection department. 5.4.2
The temperature rise of each bearing part shall not exceed 28℃, and there shall be no oil leakage in each lubrication part. Each moving part must rotate flexibly, without collision and friction, and each fastener shall not be loose. 5.4.4
+The product surface should be smooth, flat and beautiful, and the paint should meet the quality requirements of "TQ-1-NP*" in NJ/Z3. Inspection rules
6.1 The inspection method of the performance indicators of this standard should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB/T6282.2. 6.2
Before the product leaves the factory, the rotating parts must be subjected to an idle running test of no less than 0.5h. The inspection contents are as follows: a. Normal start-up, smooth operation, and no abnormal sound; b. Fasteners must not be loose;
c. Rolling shaft The temperature rise shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.2 of this standard. 6.3 Cleaning machines shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory. 6.4 When the ordering unit conducts random inspection of product quality, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The random inspection batch and the qualified quality level AQL value shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
6.5 Under the use and storage conditions specified in the "Product Instructions", within 12 months from the date of delivery, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall provide the user with a free replacement. Repair, replacement or return. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Each cleaning machine should have a label in accordance with GB/T13306, with the following contents: a.
Product name;
b.Product model;
Factory number;
d.Factory date;
Manufacturer name.
All external surfaces of the cleaning machine should be cleaned before packaging, and the exposed processed surfaces should be oil-sealed. 7.2
The packaging should comply with GB6388 and JB2 759. 7.4
Each cleaning machine shall be accompanied by the following documents:
a. Product certificate;
b. Instruction manual;
User opinion survey form.
7.5The words and logos on the outer wall of the packaging box shall be clear, and the contents are as follows: a. Product model and name;
Shipping unit:
Packing box dimensions: length × width × height, mm; net weight, gross weight, kg;
Name and address of the receiving unit;

The packaging of the cleaning machine should be firm and reliable, and must be rainproof and dustproof to ensure that the machine is not damaged. The factory transportation should comply with relevant regulations. 7.7
The cleaning machine should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. Additional notes:
