Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the indoor thermal environment conditions that are acceptable to most people. This standard is applicable to healthy adults who stay indoors for more than 15 minutes at an altitude of less than 3,000 meters. This standard refers to the American ANSI/ASHRAE55-2004 "Indoor Thermal Environment Conditions", and the consistency level is non-equivalent. This standard replaces GB/T5701-1985 "Suitable Temperature for Indoor Air Conditioning". Compared with GB/T5701-1985, the main changes are as follows: - The scope of application has been expanded to make it applicable to the conditions specified in the original standard as well as other complex situations; - The name has been changed according to the content of the standard; - The technical content is more detailed; - GB/T18048 and GB/T18049 have been added to the normative reference documents.
