Foreword
This standard is based on "Drug Production Quality Management Specifications" and GB/T1.1--2000 "Standardization Work Guide Part 1: Standard Structure and Writing Rules", GB/T1.2-2002 "Standardization Work Guide Part 2: Specifications in Standards" "Method for Determining the Content of Sexual Technical Elements" is a revision of YY0024-1990 "Extraction and Concentration Accuracy". This standard replaces YY0024-1990 from the date of implementation. Compared with YY0024-1990, the main changes in this standard are as follows: a) The scope has been expanded, that is, a dynamic extraction and concentration tank has been added. b) Some relevant standards cited in this standard have been canceled or added to the normative reference documents. c) Added manufacturing requirements and electrical system safety requirements for dynamic extraction and concentration, and clarified the corresponding test methods. d) Added calculation formulas for evaporation, steam consumption, and cooling water consumption. e) Requirements for outgoing test items and judgment rules have been added to the inspection rules. This standard is proposed by China Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by: Changshu Pharmaceutical Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. The main drafter of this standard: Cha Liwen.
