This standard was drafted by Huang from the Shanghai Branch of the China Coal Research Institute: Fushun Branch of the China Coal Research Institute participated in the drafting. This standard defines the classification, naming, requirements, test methods, inspection specifications, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of increased safety type pressure relief valves for coal mines.
This standard applies to increased safety type two-horsepower jumper boxes for coal mines (hereinafter referred to as jumper plates). 2 Normative references

3.1 The explosion-proof type of the junction box is the increased safety type (Ex) for coal mines. 3.2 Models and their contents

The rated short-time withstand (burning stability) current that the line point withstands shall be selected from the following values and shall correspond to the short-time withstand value: 1.6.2.2.5, a.75.1.5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20, 25kA. The standard value of the rated short-time withstand duration is 25. If a wider ,4 can select the value of less than 10%, the recommended value is U.5,:3,4.6.
4.9 The wiring panel should be able to withstand the impact of the rated peak current (dynamic) at 2.5V, the rated peak withstand current standard value is 2.5V, and the rated withstand current is MT/T946-2005
4.10 The alternating heat test of the wiring basin shall comply with the provisions of the GH56.12000 Appendix: The test severity level is recommended to be 100. The test cycle is 2d. After the test, it shall comply with the provisions of 4,>,,7 of this standard, and the metal layer shall not be seriously corroded.
4.11 The protection level of the wiring board shall not be lower than the provisions of 1P54 in GB4208-1933. 4.12 The connections within the connection (connectors) shall comply with the requirements of 4.1 of B3836.3200 and be subjected to the specified range test.

6.1 Inspection classification

The specifications of the junction box are divided into "out-of-line inspection" and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Factory inspection requirements See Table 4.

5.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 When any of the following conditions occurs, a strip inspection shall be carried out: a) trial production of new products or old products; b) when the product is not produced, such as when the structure, material, or process has changed, which may affect the product control performance; c) after the product is discontinued for 3 years; d) when the production is resumed; d) when the product is produced normally, the factory shall conduct a strip inspection once; the quality supervision department shall make requirements for the product. 6.3.2 Type inspection items are exempted from Table 4.
6.3.3 Products used for type inspection shall be selected from the qualified production machine, and the number of certified products shall be no less than 2 sets. 6.3.4 All items of single inspection meet the requirements of this standard, and the type inspection of the wiring board is considered to be qualified. 7.5 The packaging of the junction box shall be able to prevent the product from being damaged during transportation, and rainproof measures shall be taken. The packaging requirements shall also comply with the relevant provisions of GB/13384-1992.
7.6 The outer wall of the junction box packaging shall have obvious signs, including the following items: manufacturer name or trademark, product model and name:
size of the box, gross weight, name and address of the consignee:
