Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Collar Pressing Machine Subject Content and Scope of Application QB/T 1531--1992 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of collar pressing machines. This standard applies to collar pressing machines for ironing shirt collars in the clothing industry. 2 Reference Standards GB191 Pictorial Marking for Packaging, Storage and Transportation GB/T5226 General Technical Conditions for Electrical Equipment of Machine Tools 3 Product Classification 3.1 Classification According to the pressurization method, it can be divided into hydraulic type and pneumatic type. 3.2 Main Technical Parameters The main technical parameters are shown in Table 1. Processing collar size Working pressure (gauge pressure) Temperature adjustment range Ironing time 3.3 Model The model compilation regulations are as follows: Improvement design sequence number, expressed in Arabic numerals Hydraulic pressure 50~300 3~30 (adjustable) Classification code, expressed by the first letter "Y" or "Q" of the Chinese pinyin of "liquid" or "gas", and expressed by the first letter "SY" of the Chinese pinyin of the two words "upper" and "pressure" in the upper and lower collar press machine 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Appearance quality 4.1.1 The surface of the coated parts should be flat and the color should be even, and there should be no obvious defects such as flow marks, bubbles, peeling and bumps on the main visible parts. 4.1.2 The nameplate should have clear text and images, correct position, and no obvious scratches. 4.1.3 The surface of the electroplated parts should be flat and smooth, with uniform color, and should not have defects such as missing plating, peeling, spots, scratches and rust. Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 8, 1992 72 Implementation on February 1, 1993 QB/T1531—1992 4.1.4 The surface of the oxidized parts should have uniform color, and should not have defects such as blanks, light spots of sediment, scratches and rust. 4.2 Safety performance 4.2.1 The insulation resistance value should not be less than 1MQ. 4.2.2 The electrical device can withstand the withstand voltage test without flashover and breakdown. 4.3 Machine performance 4.3.1 The pressing, pressure holding and reset actions of the machine should be correct and reliable. 4.3.2 The movable plate should not crawl during operation. 4.3.3 The hydraulic (or pneumatic) system shall not have leakage. 4.3.4 The sound pressure level of the machine's operating noise shall not exceed 80dB(A) when it is working. 4.3.5 The upper mold shall be heated evenly, and the temperature difference at each point shall not exceed 20℃. 4.3.6 At working temperature, the movable plate connecting the upper mold shall not be stuck when moving up and down. 4.3.7 The collar shall be crisp and wrinkle-free after ironing. 5 Test methods 5.1 Test methods in Article 4.1 of this standard Visual inspection. 5.2 Test methods in Article 4.2.1 of this standard Carry out in accordance with the method in Article 13.1 of GB/T5226. 5.3 Test methods in Article 4.2.2 of this standard Carry out in accordance with the method in Article 13.2 of GB/T5226. 5.4 Test methods in Articles 4.3.1 to 4.3.3 of this standard shall be carried out under working conditions by visual inspection. 5.5 Test method in clause 4.3.4 of this standard 5.5.1 Test instrument A sound level meter with an accuracy of ±0.7dB(A). 5.5.2 Test conditions The distance between objects around the machine is not less than .2m; a. b. The environmental noise is at least 10dB(A) lower than the machine noise. 5.5.3 Test procedure The height of the microphone from the machine housing and the ground is 1m respectively; the noise values of 4 symmetrical positions (as shown in Figure 1) are measured, and the maximum value is taken. 73 KADNTKAc 5.6 Test method in clause 4.3.5 of this standard 5.6.1 Test instrument A temperature measuring instrument with an accuracy of not less than ±1℃. 5.6.2 Test procedure QB/T 1531--1992 Machine housing Measuring point After the upper mold is heated to 150℃ and kept warm for 10 minutes, the temperature values at 5 points (as shown in Figure 2) are measured. The difference between the maximum and minimum values is the temperature difference. 5.7 Test method in Article 4.3.6 of this standard Measuring point After the upper mold is heated to 180℃ and kept warm for 10 minutes, the machine performs collar pressing action 20 times and visually inspects. 5.8 Test method in Article 4.3.7 of this standard 5.8.1 Test materials 5 shirts of various fabrics. 5.8.2 Test procedure Select appropriate heating temperature and holding time according to the fabric of the shirt. After the machine completes the collar pressing process of 5 shirts, visually inspect. 74 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection classification Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Non-conformity classification QB/T 1531-1992 Non-conformity can be divided into: Class A non-conformity: extremely important quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements; a. Class B non-conformity: important quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements; b.wwW.bzxz.Net c. Class C non-conformity: general quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements. 6.3 Factory inspection 6.3.1 All products leaving the factory shall be inspected. 6.3.2 Inspection items See Table 2 for inspection items and categories. Inspection items 6.3.3 Qualification of individual products Classification of non-conformity A single product is deemed qualified when it meets the following conditions: a. No non-conformity items of category A or B appear; No three or more non-conformity items of category C appear. 6.4 Type inspection Type inspection is generally conducted in one of the following situations. When conducting trial production and identification of new products or transferring old products to other factories for production; Category C Inspection classification Factory inspection When the product is in formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; During normal production, it is conducted once a year; When the product is resumed after being discontinued for more than one year (including one year); When the factory inspection result is significantly different from the last type inspection; Type inspection QB/T1531-1992 f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.4.2 Sample extraction Randomly select 4 sample units from a batch or several batches manufactured in this cycle and qualified by factory inspection, inspect two of the sample units, and keep the other two sample units for inspection. 6.4.3 Inspection items See Table 2 for inspection items and categories. 6.4.4 Qualification judgment of type inspection Type inspection is judged to be qualified when one of the following conditions is met: a. The two sample units inspected do not have Class A unqualified items and one or more Class B unqualified items, nor do they have more than 4 Class C unqualified items, and the total number of unqualified items in one sample unit does not exceed 3; b. In the two sample units inspected, there are no Class A unqualified items and more than 3 Class B unqualified items, nor do they have Class C unqualified items, and the total number of unqualified items in one sample unit does not exceed 4, then the same items of the other two samples for inspection are allowed to be re-inspected, and all these items should be qualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking The machine should have a durable nameplate. 7.1.2 The nameplate should clearly indicate the following: a. Manufacturer name; Registered trademark; Product name; Product model; Manufacturing date or serial number. 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1The machine should be packed in a firm box with moisture-proof protection measures. 7.2.2 The packaging measures should be to protect the product from damage due to bumping, loading and unloading, moisture and dust in general transportation and storage conditions. Before packaging, apply anti-rust agent to the exposed metal parts of the machine that are not painted. 7.2.3 Each machine should have the following documents: Product certificate; Instruction manual; Packing list. The outside of the packaging box should clearly mark or indicate the following: Product name; Product standard code and number; Product model; Net weight; Gross weight; Dimensions: length × width × height; Manufacturer name. 5The graphic signs for packaging, storage and transportation should comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.2.6 7.3 Transportation The machine should be protected from vibration and collision during loading, unloading and transportation. 76 7.4 Storage QB/T1531—1992 The packaged products should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry room.
