For inner boxes with screws, the A side of the box sticker should be consistent with the side with exposed screws. The printed words on the box sticker should be clear and the content should be accurate. The pasting should be flat and not skewed. 6.3 Appearance of the tape box
The surface of the tape box (including the inner and outer boxes) should not have burrs, obvious scratches, cracks, damage, dents, bubbles and mildew. The assembly screws, pressure pads, isolation sheets and slides on the box should be complete and there should be no other abnormalities. 6.4 Appearance of the tape
The tape and leader loaded into the tape box should be free of deformation, creases, mildew and magnetic powder shedding. 7 Basic dimensions and mechanical properties
7.1 Cassette dimensions
The inner box dimensions shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3791, and the outer box dimensions are: Length: 109.5±0.5mm Width: 70.0±0.3mm
Height: 17.0±0.2mm
7.2 Tape dimensions
Bandwidth: 3.81-8.05mm
Tape thickness: not more than 20μm
7.3 Leader tape dimensions
The two ends of each tape shall be bonded with leader tapes, and their dimensions shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB7309. 7.4 Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of the cassette and tape of the cassette tape product shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3791, except that the winding torque shall be less than 1mN·m.
8 Requirements for tape winding and bonding to leader tape
8.1 Requirements for tape winding
8.1.1 The magnetic surface of each audio tape should face away from the disc core. 2
8.1.2 The tape should be wound flat.
GB/T14855—1993
8.1.3 Side A of each audio tape is the first playback side. 8.1.4 There should be no joints from the beginning to the end of the tape. 8.2 Requirements for bonding between tape and leader tape
The bonding between the tape and the leader tape should be flat, well connected, and without breakage or debonding. The bonding strength should comply with the relevant provisions of GB3791. 9 Technical quality requirements for programs
9.1 Requirements for program arrangement
9.1.1 Program time arrangement
The program playback time of cassette tape products should be consistent with the program time marked on the box cover. Generally, the duration of the program on side A should be longer than that of the program on side B. When the duration of the program on side B is longer than that of the program on side A, the beginning of the program on side A and the end of the program on side B are required to be consistent on the tape.
9.1.2 Interval between programs
The interval between two adjacent programs on each tape is 5±1min. 9.1.3 Integrity of programs
The beginning and end of each tape program should be complete, and the program should not have abnormal interruptions or abnormal phenomena such as no program on one channel. 9.2 Requirements for program sound quality
9.2.1 Replay level of program signal
When replaying each tape program, the maximum volume should be able to reach 0VU on the volume meter, but it should not exceed it frequently. It is allowed to exceed it for a short time, but it should not exceed +6dB on the peak meter at any time. The volume of the two channels should be basically balanced.
Note: This standard stipulates that 0vU corresponds to 200nwb/m. 9.2.2 Noise
a. Between two programs, there is no signal, and the noise level should be less than -45dB (not weighted). b. From the beginning to the end of each tape program, no sparking sound, AC noise or other noise is allowed. 9.2.3 Distortion
The sound of each tape should not have obvious distortion and abnormality such as pitch change. 10 Testing methods
10.1 Appearance inspection of tape box and tape
Use visual inspection to check the provisions of 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 respectively. 10.2 Measurement of size and mechanical properties
Measure the provisions of 7.1 to 7.4 in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB3791. The size of the outer box is measured with a caliper. 10.3 Measurement of bonding strength between leader tape and tape
Measure in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB3791.
10.4 Technical Quality Inspection of Programs
10.4.1 General Quality Measurement and Inspection
On a cassette recorder that complies with the provisions of GB2019, use a stopwatch to measure the time parameters specified in 9.1.1 and 9.1.2 for each tape to be measured, and at the same time, audit and inspect the other requirements in 9.1.1 and 9.1.3. 10.4.2 Inspection of Program Sound Quality
Use a high-quality recorder (its technical requirements are shown in Appendix A) to replay the tape to be inspected, test and audit its sound quality, and the results should comply with the relevant provisions of Article 9.2.
Use an electronic millivoltmeter to measure the level U of the rated playback state of the high-quality recorder and the noise level U2 of the blank section of the tape to be tested, and take the difference between U2 and 3
GB/T14855-1993
U1, expressed in dB, and its value should comply with the requirements of Article 9.2.2a. 11 Acceptance Rules
11.1 Batch Inspection
Batch inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB2828, using a normal sampling plan. 11.1.1Batch inspection method
Batch inspection is carried out by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The batch size is determined by the manufacturer, and generally the products in each production batch should be inspected as a batch. If the user needs inspection, it should be accepted according to the batch divided by the manufacturer. Batch inspection sampling is divided into three groups, as shown in Table 2. Table 2
Inspection items
eGroups A, B, and C all use the special inspection level S-2, and the qualified quality level (AQL) of each group is as follows: Group A: AQL-6.5
Group B: AQL=4
Group C: AQL=10
11.1.2 Batch inspection result processing
When each item of the batch inspection passes, it can be judged as qualified, otherwise it is unqualified. 11.1.3 Strict Inspection and Relaxed Inspection
a Normal inspection is used for batch inspection. When the conditions for normal inspection are not met, strict inspection should be used. When the conditions for relaxed inspection are met, relaxed inspection can be used.
b. The sampling plan, inspection level and acceptable quality level (AQL) specified in the strict inspection and relaxed inspection are consistent with those of normal inspection. 11.2 Special Inspection
11.2.1 Inspection during the production process
When necessary, special inspections can be carried out during the production process for the provisions of Chapter 6 and Chapter 9. 11.2.2 Sampling Plan
During special inspection, 4 boxes of samples are drawn for inspection. If any item does not meet the requirements, the inspection shall be judged as unqualified. 12 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
