The dyeing rate of chemical yellow brown RG on cotton should not be lower than the current requirements in Table 2. The standard product is: 00 standard - European standard 2 standard brown 3RG dyeing fastness on fabrics: adhesive: 8 (0.wf> equivalent to 1/color mark with depth. 4 samples are attached to the sample and the sample is taken from 10 barrels of each batch (average production as a batch): small batch production should not be less than 3 barrels, and the upper, middle and lower barrels should be sampled by probe at the right time. For some samples, the amount of samples collected is not more than 2. Mix the samples and put them in two brown bottles with ground stoppers and seal them with paraffin wax. Stick labels on the bottles with the manufacturer's name, product name, batch and sampling date, one bottle for inspection and one bottle for future reference.

The dyeing depth is 8%. Before dyeing, press 2.02g of penetrant BX (1g) on the cotton (or cloth) and boil for 10min. After treatment, wash with water and then rinse with water. 5.2.2 Preparation of samples
Take 1.5 (accurate to U.9) of each standard sample. Sulfurization is calculated as 10%), add 12m[dye sodium iodide (add 10%=1:5 and 59 red oil [charcoal shop], then add 1% distilled water] and heat to make the temperature of the pool reach u0--S5C. Keep warm for 15min to make it dissolve, then add 30% boiling water. Stir well, cool and put them into a bottle, dilute with natural water to the following degree: and prepare the dyeing bath according to the number of materials used. The standard sample rate is 1.EF/5ml. The sample liquid is 12n/1. The monosodium ion solution is prepared by water. g/L water to obtain the ring bzxz.net
