4.2 Data items
Indicator item code, name and description. 5 Credit rating and display method of qualified suppliers The credit rating and display method of your supplier shall comply with the provisions of GB/T22116 and GB/T 23793--2009. The credit rating of qualified suppliers shall be BBB or above, including AAA, AA, A or BBB. AAA: Qualified suppliers have strong business stability and can provide strong security for the relevant economic and social responsibilities of the bank. Although environmental factors may change, these changes will not fundamentally affect the supplier's stable development trend, and the risk of contract recurrence is extremely low.
AA: Qualified suppliers have strong business stability and can provide good security for the fulfillment of relevant economic and social responsibilities. When the environment changes adversely, its stability may be affected, and the risk of counterfeiting drugs may be affected. A: Qualified suppliers have strong business stability and can provide strong security for the relevant economic and social responsibilities of the bank. BBB: Under normal conditions, qualified suppliers can provide adequate security in the relevant economic and social conditions, but have weaker ability to resist adverse changes in the environment, but have a relatively good contractual experience. 6.2 Acceptance of Application
The evaluation subject shall read the credit rating of the evaluation object when receiving it.
6.3 Verification
The evaluation subject shall verify the information provided by the evaluation object. The verification methods include:
data analysis;
database query;

6.4 Credit rating assessment
6.4.1 The integrity of the initial assessment and follow-up re-assessment shall be determined. The evaluation subject shall determine whether the credit rating is acceptable. The evaluation team shall be composed of no less than two persons. The credit evaluation team shall make an evaluation report based on the evaluation content of the qualified supplier, the basic conditions, business management capabilities, financial status, social responsibility, development potential, products or services, transaction credibility, etc. of the qualified supplier, and propose a credit rating proposal for the supplier.
6.4.2 Determination of Grade
The evaluation subject shall set up an internal credit evaluation committee, which shall be composed of more than 5 relevant professionals. The credit evaluation committee shall evaluate the credit evaluation report and other relevant materials submitted by the credit evaluation team and make review opinions to determine the credit grade of the evaluation object.
If the credit evaluation committee cannot determine the credit grade, the work of the credit evaluation committee shall be suspended and the information shall be fed back to the credit evaluation team, which shall reorganize and verify the relevant data until the credit evaluation committee can determine the credit grade. 6.5 Results Publicity
According to domestic laws and regulations and customs requirements, the credit evaluation results and customs declarations shall be published. Before the evaluation results are published, the credit evaluation results shall be updated within the validity period of the credit evaluation results. The credit evaluation results shall be valid for one year. If the credit rating of the evaluation object changes due to certain reasons, the evaluation subject shall attach the relevant information to the evaluation report.
7. 1 Requirements
The credit evaluation report shall be written in simple, concise and plain language, which may not mislead customers and shall not be misleading. The credit rating of the supplier should be analyzed as much as possible. If the quantitative analysis cannot be carried out, the supplier credit rating should be determined in a targeted manner.
