Structural type, performance parameters and main dimensions 1.1 The product model and performance parameters of LT clutch are specified in Table 1. In special cases, the torsion angle limiter may not be installed. 2 Technical requirements 2.1LT clutch 1 The elastic element-rubber assembly shall comply with the technical requirements of GB2496-81 "High elastic rubber coupling". 2.2When the friction lining of the LT clutch is made of phenolic asbestos material, its material technical properties shall comply with the requirements of Table 3. Table 3 Body hardness Friction coefficient Friction rate Strength Water absorption Working temperature 120±5℃ Working temperature 250±5℃ Working temperature 120±5℃ Working temperature 25015℃ mm/30minwww.bzxz.net m/30mi Nm/cm* 380±0.5 0.4~.45 0.35~0.40 2.3LT When the outer cone of the clutch is made of ductile iron, it shall comply with the provisions of GB1348-78 "Ductile iron castings". 2.4LT clutch connection bolts should be tightened according to the tightening force specified in the drawing. 2.5LT clutch L working pressure is 600 ~ 800kPa (6 ~ 8kgf/cm2) 2.6 LT clutch working environment temperature is -10 ~ 60 ℃. 3 Inspection rules 3.1 The manufacturer shall check the installation clearance and external installation dimensions according to the drawings and technical documents, and conduct appearance inspection. 3.2 Rubber assemblies shall be inspected and accepted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the acceptance plan in GB2496-81, and the rubber assembly manufacturer shall issue a certificate of conformity. 3.31 When the friction lining of the LT clutch is made of phenolic asbestos material, the technical performance of the material shall be inspected and accepted in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.3 F of this standard, and the phenolic asbestos material manufacturer shall issue a certificate of conformity. 3.4 When the outer cone of the LT clutch is made of ductile iron material, the ductile iron shall be inspected and accepted in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB1348-78 and the technical requirements of the drawings, and the manufacturer shall issue a certificate of conformity. 3.5 For products that have passed the inspection and the test in Chapter 4 of this standard, the clutch manufacturer will issue a certificate of conformity, which will be packed together with the products. 4 Factory test 4.1 Running test According to the requirements of the product manual and the user's operating speed, the clutch is continuously operated for "hours without load on the operating test bench. The clutch is not allowed to slip or heat up. 4.2 Engagement test The LT clutch is installed on the operating test bench. When the speed of the clutch active part reaches 50% of the user's operating speed, compressed air with a pressure of 600~800kPa (6~8kgf/cm2) is passed through, and the clutch should be able to engage smoothly. After the compressed air is released, the clutch can be disengaged quickly. The continuous test shall not be less than five times. 4.3 Airtightness test GB 6073-85 The LT clutch is installed on the operating test bench. Compressed air with a pressure of 1.25 times the upper steam pressure is passed through. The pressure is maintained for one minute. The pressure shall not drop by 0.5kPa (excluding the leakage into the LT clutch air pipeline). 4.4 Maneuverability test The LT clutch is installed on the running test bench, and compressed air of 0.5 times the working air pressure is passed through, and the clutch is smoothly engaged. After the compressed air is released, the clutch can be quickly disengaged. The continuous test shall not be less than five times. 5 Marking, packaging, storage 5.1 The LT clutch shall be marked with its model, production year and month, serial number and manufacturer's mark according to the position specified in the drawing. 5.2'The LT clutch shall be clean and rust-proof packaged. 5.3 The LT clutch shall be packed in boxes when leaving the factory, and moisture-proof measures shall be taken in the box. 5.4 The LT clutch shall be stored in a well-ventilated and dry place, and avoid sun and rain, and avoid contact with acid, alkali, organic solvents and other substances. It should be in a free state without external force during storage.
