3 Terms, types and basic parameters
Terms for chainsaws shall comply with the provisions of GB8136 on chainsaws. 3.2 The types and basic parameters of chainsaws are shown in Table 1. Table 1

3.3 The model of a chainsaw is composed of the first Chinese pinyin letter of the word "oil" (oil) for chainsaw and the handle type code. The main parameter is the engine displacement, and its value is rounded to the single digit according to the rounding rules and standards. Technical requirements
4.1 Technical parameters
The manufacturer should provide the technical parameters listed in Appendix A (supplement) in the product manual of the chainsaw or related technical documents. 4.2 Environmental conditions
The chainsaw should be able to work normally under the temperature of ±40℃. 4.3 Performance in use
4.3.1 The sawing efficiency shall comply with the provisions of Table 2, and the determination of sawing efficiency shall comply with the provisions of LY/T1198. Table 2

4.4.1 The rated power of the engine is the maximum power, and its value shall not be lower than the requirements of Table 1, with a tolerance of -5%. 4.4.2 Minimum fuel consumption rate of the engine:
For chainsaws with a displacement greater than or equal to 70cm2, it shall not be greater than 544g/kW·h; for chainsaws with a displacement less than 70cm2, it shall not be greater than 557g/kW·h. 4.4.3 Durability performance requirements for engines:
After the durability test, the maximum power shall not drop by more than 5% of the calibrated value; a.

Except for the technical requirements of the test method, the test methods of the remaining requirements shall comply with the provisions of LY/T1199. 5 Reliability in use
5.1 The reliability of the use of the chain saw shall be assessed during the forest production test. The test method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5394. 5.2 The reliability of use shall meet the following requirements; For chainsaws with a displacement of ≥70cm\, the sawing area of ​​wood shall be ≥500m\, and for chainsaws with a displacement of <70cm\, the sawing area of ​​wood shall be a.

6.1 The strength of the handle of a short-handled chain saw shall comply with the provisions of GB10040.2. 6.2 The minimum gap and size of the handle of a short-handled chain saw shall comply with the provisions of GB10040.3. 6.3 All newly designed chain saws shall have a front hand guard, the strength of the front hand guard shall comply with the provisions of GB10040.4, and the size of the front hand guard shall comply with the provisions of GB10040.5.
6.4 The balance of the chain saw shall comply with the provisions of GB10040.1. 6.5 Newly designed chain saws shall be equipped with chain brakes and chain breakers. 6.6 The chip removal direction of the chain saw shall be towards the bottom plane of the chain saw. 6.7 The chain saw shall be equipped with a guide plate sleeve.

If there are more than items that are unqualified, the unit product is judged to be unqualified; f. Make a qualified or unqualified judgment based on the sample inspection results. 8.1 The product mark should be clear and durable, and placed in a conspicuous position on the outside of the chain saw. 8.2 The chain saw mark should include the following:
Manufacturer name or manufacturer's registered trademark; product name and model;
Main technical parameters: displacement, rated power, net weight of the whole machine; production date and product number.
8.3 The chain saw packaging should be firm, reliable, rainproof and moisture-proof. 8.4 Random documents:
Product certificate;
Packing list,
Product use and maintenance instructions.
8.5 The packaging box should have the manufacturer name, product name, total weight, overall dimensions, upward mark, and moisture-proof mark. 8.6 The chain saw should be stored in a ventilated and dry place. Anti-rust measures should be taken before leaving the market. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the machine will not rust within 6 months.
