1 Scope
Liquid sandblasting machine

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of the body sandblasting machine. This standard applies to the following systems: 1. Liquid sandblasting machine with a working pressure greater than 0.8VPa and using liquid as the medium (hereinafter referred to as sandblasting machine). 2 Normative reference documents

The following technical terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Liquid sandblasting machine
Using a pump as the basic conveying power of the liquid and compressed air as the accelerating power of the abrasive liquid, the abrasive liquid is ejected through the nozzle at high speed to the surface of the object, so as to achieve the surface treatment. 3.2

5.1 Basic requirements

5.1.1 The design and manufacture of sandblasting machines shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be approved by 5.1.2 The electrical system of the blasting machine shall comply with the provisions of (IB/T5226.1. 5.1.3 The pneumatic system of the sandblasting machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/T7932. 5.1.4 The surface paint of the sandblasting machine shall comply with the provisions of B/T5364, 5.1.5 The back point of the sandblasting glue shall comply with the provisions of HG/T2192. 5.1.6 The air hose shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1186, 5.1.7 The water hose shall comply with the provisions of HG2184. 5.1.B
The surface of the grinding fluid inner brain and impeller shall be covered with a resistant protective layer. 5.1.9 There shall be a grinding fluid pump company logo in a conspicuous position on the grinding fluid system. 5.1.10
The inner cavity and the air blasting part of the blasting shall be inspected. It should be covered with a core protection layer. Effective protective measures should be taken before blasting the inner surface of the cabin. 5.1.11
Effective anti-rust and anti-rust measures should be taken for the seasonal parts of the sandblasting machine. The body skin of the sandblasting machine should be well sealed and the pipeline system should not move. The sandblasting machine should be able to be easily and easily hoisted and (or) shoveled. 5.2 Environmental adaptability
5.2.1 The sandblasting machine can operate under the environmental conditions of 0℃~40℃ and humidity not more than 85%. 5.22 When the environmental temperature is lower than seven, the grinding circulation system of the machine can be equipped with a heating device. 5.3 Performance
5.3.1 Under the conditions of 80% separation and 1:5 mixing ratio, the use time of the inner cavity and the impeller surface protective layer before penetration should be less than 2000.
5.3.2 Under the conditions of 80% steel material, filtration ratio of 1:5, compression force of 0.5Mpa, when the diameter ratio increases by 20%, its service life should not be less than 400h.5.3.3 Under the conditions of 12uml spray diameter, 80% steel material, mixing ratio of .1:5, with compressed air pressure, the pressure is 0.6MPa, the sandblasting efficiency should be no less than 2.5mh
5.3.4 Operation technical requirements:
5.3.4.1 The machine operation is divided into two states: less abrasive and more abrasive: the following terms are not specified, it should be suitable for both states at the same time, 5.3.4.2 The liquid system is a function of running smoothly, without abnormal temperature rise, batch or sound: the spray gun should spray a continuous and fixed jet! Abrasive is called: micro-flow abrasive! 5.3.4.3 All operating machines should operate correctly, run normally and smoothly, without abnormal rushing or movement, and without jamming. 5.3.4.4 The electrical control chain and service interlocking mechanism should be sensitive and reliable. 5.3.4.5 The operation of each component of the pipeline system should be sensitive and reliable, and each connection should be free of leakage. 5.4.6 The sealing of each sealing part should be reliable and reliable, and each lubricating part should be in good lubrication condition. 5.3.4.7 When the grinding fluid is running with the material, the circulation should be continuous. 5.4 Safety and protection
5.4.1. 5.4.3 When the control switch of the spraying machine is installed on the spray gun, any live and closed switch should not be used. 5.4.4 For the mechanical transmission of the sandblasting machine, the electrical device sandblasting operation, etc., appropriate and (or) reliable safety protection devices should be provided.
5.4.5 For the sandblasting machine with a handheld spray gun, rubber gloves should be provided. 5.4.6 The viewing window glass should be made of plastic with a thickness of not less than 5mm. The tempered glass should comply with the provisions of GB63. The blasting cabin should be equipped with suitable lighting devices, and the lighting device should have reasonable safety protection measures. 5.4.7

8.1 Test of filter pump
6.1.1 Test conditions
a) Test equipment: single-gun closed sandblasting machine installed on the grinding pump to be tested, b) Abrasive: 80 pieces of freshly fed.
Mixing ratio: 1:5.
d) Attached equipment: clock.
6.12 Test procedure
Start the sandblasting machine to work and record the actual working time of the filter pump. a)
During the test, the liquid flow should be sprayed onto a buffer to prevent the abrasive from breaking. b)
6.1.3 Test judgment
When the cumulative working time of the grinding filter pump reaches 20Xh, stop the test and separate the grinding pump, check the resistance of the grinding liquid pump and the impeller, if it is not abraded, it is judged as qualified. 6.2 Spraying test
6.2.1 Test conditions
a) Test equipment: Single gun closed silicon spraying machine with the nozzle to be tested installed b) Material: 80% white jade.
) Mixing ratio: 1: S.
d) Air gauge: 0.MPa.

6.2.2 Test procedure
a) Before installing the spraying machine. Measure the true diameter of the outlet section of the tested nozzle and make a record b) Start the spraying machine to work and record the actual working time. JB/T10350—2002
During the test, the test machine should work under the condition of air-filled power, and the liquid flow should be sprayed on the material to avoid abrasive crushing.
6.2.3 Test judgment
When the working time of the nozzle is more than 40h, the nozzle shall be formally inspected and the nozzle shall be removed for measurement. When the average diameter of the nozzle outlet is reduced by 20% of the diameter before use, it is qualified: 6.3 Sandblasting efficiency test
6.3.1 Test conditions

6.3.2 Test procedure

6.4.1 Test piece

6.4.3 Test judgment

6.5.1 Test equipment

When the noise level of the single-gun closed sandblasting machine meets the requirements of 5.4.1 of this standard, it is judged to be qualified. 6.6 Single-gun air consumption test
6.6.1 Test conditions
: Sandblasting machine: Sandblasting machine equipped with a noise meter. b) Flow meter: Full-wheel flow meter with an accuracy of 1.5%. The piping system is equipped according to the measurement requirements specified by the flow meter. c

7.1 General Provisions
7.1.1 The inspection rules stipulate the general inspection items of the sandblasting machine. If there are other special items of the sandblasting machine that need to be inspected, the supplier or the supply and demand parties can negotiate to formulate additional inspection items as supplementary rules for this inspection rule. 7.12 The sandblasting machine must be inspected and qualified by the supplier's quality inspection department and issued with a product quality certificate before it can leave the factory. 7.2 Inspection cavity classification
7.2.1 Sandblasting machine inspection is divided into factory inspection and type test. 6

9 Packaging, transportation and storage
9.1 Packaging
9.1.1 The storage and transportation mark of the package should comply with the provisions of GB/T191: the delivery mark of the transport package should comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 9.1.2 The factory documents at least include the following: product certificate (according to the provisions of GB/T14436): a) Product instruction manual:
