This standard is applicable to the determination of the particle size of granular heavy superphosphate. 2 Reference standards GB6003 Test sieve 3 Summary of method Use sieving method to separate granular heavy superphosphate into different particle sizes, weigh and calculate their percentages. 4 Instruments Usually laboratory instruments and HG2223-91 4.1 Test sieve: sieve hole size 1.0, 2.0, 2.8 and 4.0mm, with sieve cover and bottom plate, in accordance with the R40/3 series regulations in GB6003; 4.2 Vibrating sieve machine: can vibrate vertically and horizontally. 5 Operating steps Stack the test sieves with sieve cover and bottom plate in order according to the sieve hole size. Weigh 200g of the reduced sample (accurate to 0.5g), place it on the 4.0mm sieve, cover the sieve cover, place it on the vibrating sieve machine, clamp it, and vibrate it for 5 minutes. Weigh the sample that does not pass through the 4.0mm sieve hole and the sample in the bottom plate, and the particles clamped in the sieve hole are measured as the part that does not pass through the sieve hole. Keep the fertilizer particles between 2.0 and 2.8mm for the determination of the average compressive strength of the particles. Note: If there is no vibrating screen, manual screening can be used. 6 Result Expression The content X of granular fertilizer with 1.0~4.0mm expressed as mass percentage is calculated as follows: mo-m1x100 Wherein: m1——the sum of the mass of the sample that does not pass through the 4.0mm sieve hole and the sample in the bottom plate, g, mo ——the mass of the sample, g.
