This standard refers to the national standard GB/T2376—1980 "Determination of color and intensity of sulphur dyes". The test method for color and intensity is determined by selecting test conditions. At the same time, the inspection items and technical indicators are determined based on the product quality data provided by relevant manufacturers and on the basis of extensive consultation with manufacturers and users. The inspection of each item of this standard adopts the methods specified in the national standard. This standard is proposed by the Policy and Regulations Department of the State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Dyes. The drafting units of this standard are: Shenyang Chemical Research Institute, Baoding Shunfa Advanced Chemical Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Ji Lanqin, Wang Junru, Zang Jianshe. This standard is interpreted by the Secretariat of the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Dyes. I

Sampling is done in batches, and the manufacturer takes the products that are mixed evenly at one time as batches. The number of sampling barrels in each batch shall not be less than 10%, and the number of small batch products shall not be less than 3 barrels. The packaging of the products taken must be intact. When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the products. Use a probe to take samples including the upper, middle and lower parts, and the sampling volume shall not be less than 200g. Mix the samples carefully and divide them into two clean, dry brown glass bottles with ground stoppers, and seal them with paraffin. Paste labels on the bottles. Note that the production bottles are kept for reference.
5 Test method
5.1 Determination of appearance
Visual determination is adopted.
5.2 Determination of dyeing shade and intensity
Name, product name, batch and sampling date. One bottle is used for inspection. The general conditions for dyeing shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T2374 and GB/T2376. 5.2.1 Dyeing depth and fabric treatment
The dyeing depth is stipulated as 3%, and 5g cotton yarn (or cotton cloth) is used for dyeing. Before dyeing, the weighed cotton yarn or cotton cloth is boiled for 10 minutes with 0.02g/L penetrant BX (industrial use) at a bath ratio of 1:20. After treatment, wash with clean water and squeeze out excess water for later use. 5.2.2 Preparation of dye bath
Weigh 1.5g of the test sample and standard sample (accurate to 0.0005g), mix with 15mL of 100g/L sodium sulfide (calculated as 100%) solution [dye: sodium sulfide (calculated as 100%) = 1:1] and 1mL of 50% Turkey red oil to make a slurry, add 50mL of distilled water, and then heat the dye solution to 90-95℃, keep it warm for 15min, and after it is completely dissolved, add 200mL of boiling distilled water, stir well, and transfer it into a 500mL volumetric flask after cooling, and dilute it to the scale with distilled water. The dye solution used for each dyeing must be prepared as it is used. In five 300mL dye vats, prepare the dye bath according to the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 Preparation of dye bath

Bath ratio: cotton yarn (cotton cloth) is 1:40.
5.2.3 Dyeing operation
Wbzsoso.cOnHG/T3677—2000
After the dyeing solution is prepared, place the dyeing tank in a water bath to prepare for dyeing. The dyeing temperature is 30-40℃. Stir frequently when dyeing. Raise the temperature to 90-95℃ within 30min. Dye at this temperature for 30min. Take it out after dyeing and immediately put it into running water for full rinsing and oxidation. 5.2.4 Post-oxidation treatment
The dyed and washed samples are treated with 3g/L sodium perborate solution at a bath ratio of 1:20 at 50℃ for 15min, then washed with water and dried or air-dried at 60℃.
5.2.5 Evaluation of intensity and color
Perform in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T2374. 5.3 Determination of impurities insoluble in sodium sulfide shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T2381. 5.4 Determination of fineness
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2383. The standard sieve aperture used is 250μm. 5.5 Determination of moisture content
According to the "drying method" in GB/T2386-1980, dry at 100-105℃ for 4h. 5.6 Determination of color fastness on cotton fabrics
All color fastness test samples are dyed to 1/1 depth according to GB/T4841.1. The determination of color fastness to rubbing is carried out according to GB/T3920. The determination of color fastness to washing is carried out according to GB/T3921.4. The determination of color fastness to perspiration shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3922. The determination of color fastness to water shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5713. The determination of color fastness to hot pressing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6152, 200℃ dry pressing (4h). The determination of color fastness to light shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8427. 6 Inspection rules
