This standard replaces GB/T8826--1988 "Antioxidant RD" GB/T8826-2003 The consistency degree of this standard with Japanese Industrial Standard JISK6220-3:2001 "Test methods for rubber compounding ingredients Part 3: Antioxidant" is not equivalent. The main differences and reasons between this standard and JIS K6220-32001 are as follows: In order to facilitate the implementation of the standard, the size of the sample ring for softening point determination specified in this standard is slightly different from that of the Japanese Industrial Standard (7.6.3 of JIS K6220-1:2001; 3.1.1 of GB/T 11409.3-2003); In order to make the control of heating temperature more stringent, the heating temperature control range for heating loss determination in this standard is different from that of the Japanese Industrial Standard (10.4.2 of JIS K6220-3:2001; 5.3 of this standard); In order to facilitate the market sales of products, the technical indicators specified in this standard are divided into grades (Appendix 3 of JIS K6220-3:2001; 3.2 of this standard). The main differences between this standard and GB/T8826--1988 are as follows: the provisions on test methods refer to the corresponding national standards (Chapter 2 of the 1988 edition; Chapter 5 of this edition); the appearance of the product is changed from "amber to light brown flakes" to "amber to light brown flakes or granules" (1.1 of the 1988 edition and 3.1 of this edition). This standard is proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Additives Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rubber and Rubber Products. The drafting unit of this standard: Nanjing Chemical Plant of Sinopec Group. The main drafter of this standard: Qian Yingchun. This standard was first issued in 1988 and this is the first revision. 1 Scope Antioxidant RD GB/T8826--2003 This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of antioxidant RD. This standard applies to 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymers produced by polycondensation of aniline and acetone in the presence of a catalyst. The main use of this product is as a rubber antioxidant. Molecular formula: (Ci2 His N). Structural formula: 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, parties that reach an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For undated references, the latest versions shall apply to this standard. Table 1 Technical requirements of antioxidant RD Softening point/℃ Heating loss/% Ash content/% Superior product First-class product 80~100 Sampling is done in batches, and the manufacturer takes the products that are mixed and evenly hooked at one time as a batch. The packaging of the sampled products must be intact, and no foreign debris should fall into the products during sampling. Randomly select 10% from the total number of deliveries in each batch, and the small batch should not be less than 5 bags. Use a stainless steel sampler to sample the upper, middle and lower layers of the product in the bag, mix them thoroughly, take out about 500g of the sample, and pack them into two clean and dry plastic bags or ground-mouth bottles, paste labels, and indicate: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date, and sampler name, one copy is inspected by the inspection department, and one copy is kept for reference. 5 Test methodbzxZ.net 5.1 Appearance Judge by visual inspection. 5.2 Determination of softening point Determine the softening point of antioxidant RD according to the method specified in GB/T11409.3. The difference between the results of two parallel determinations should not be greater than 2℃, and the arithmetic mean value is taken as the determination result. 5.3 Determination of heating loss Determine the heating loss of antioxidant RD according to the method specified in GB/T11409.4. The temperature of the electric constant temperature drying oven is controlled at 50℃~55℃, the sample amount is about 3g (accurate to 0.001g), and the drying time is 3h. The difference between the results of two parallel determinations should not be greater than 0.04%, and the arithmetic mean value is taken as the determination result. 5.4 Determination of ash content Determine the ash content of antioxidant RD according to the method specified in GB/T11409.7. The temperature of the high temperature furnace is controlled at (750 ± 25) °C, the sample weight is 1.5g ~ 2g (accurate to 0.001g), and the burning time is 2h. The difference between the results of two parallel determinations should not be greater than 0.04%, and the arithmetic mean is taken as the determination result. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection All items specified in Chapter 3 of this standard are factory inspection items. 6.2 Re-inspection The determination of the inspection result shall be carried out according to the rounding value comparison method specified in GB/T1250, and the final expression of the result shall be consistent with the required index value. If one of the indicators in the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the sample should be re-tested from the twice-quantity packaging. Even if only one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, the whole batch of products shall be unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Marking The packaging container of antioxidant RD should be painted with firm and obvious markings, including: manufacturer name, factory address, product name, trademark, net content, and in accordance with the provisions of GB/T191, the signs of "no hand hook" and "rainproof" should be marked. The package should be attached with a label indicating the batch number, production date, net content, grade and standard number. The content repeated on the packaging bag can be omitted. 7.2 Packaging Antioxidant RD is packaged in woven bags lined with plastic bags or paper-plastic composite bags, with a net content of 25kg per bag. Other packaging can also be used according to user requirements. 7.3 Transportation It should be transported in a clean, canopy vehicle. 7.4 Storage The packaging bag containing antioxidant RD should be stored in a dry house, with a distance of more than 0.5m from the wall, and should not be close to water pipes, sewers or heating devices.
