5.1 Water evaporation
Use a Baume meter or a hydrometer to measure the concentration (solid content) of the milk before and after concentration, and then calculate it according to formula (1): B1
W, = S(1 -
W) ...
B2-——Concentration of concentrated milk, %.
5.2 Steam consumption
Install a steam flow meter on the product main steam inlet pipeline to measure the steam inlet per unit time. If the conditions for installing a steam flow meter are not met, the condensed water weighing method is allowed to measure the steam consumption per unit time and compare it with the evaporation amount in the corresponding time. That is: Db
Where: D-steam consumption, kg/kg evaporated water; Dh
Steam consumption per unit time, kg/h;
W,——-water evaporation, kg/h.
5.3 Cooling water consumption
(2)
Use a flow meter on the cooling water replenishment pipe to measure the cooling water consumption per unit time, and then compare it with the water evaporation in the corresponding time. The measurement should be carried out under the conditions of inlet water temperature of 15℃ and outlet water temperature of 40℃. If it is not under these conditions, the inlet water volume should be adjusted to stabilize the outlet water temperature at a value close to 40℃, and then the measured cooling water consumption should be converted into the cooling water consumption under these conditions according to formula (3). 348
Where: W is cooling water consumption, kg/kg evaporated water; W Measured water consumption, kg/h;
TOutlet water temperature during measurement, ℃;
Th——Inlet water temperature during measurement, ℃,
WWater evaporation, kg/h.
5.4 Noise
Measured in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ50004.

5.5 The tests of 5.1 to 5.4 should be carried out when the product is operating normally. 5.6 Insulation resistance
Measured between the motor output terminal and the housing with a 500V megohmmeter. 5.7 Inspection of 4.5
Close all connections, start the hydraulic ejector to evacuate to above 88kPa, then shut down the hydraulic ejector and observe the vacuum gauge. 5.8 Inspection of 4.7 to 4.10
4.7 of this standard ~4.10 Visual inspection. 5.9 Paint
The paint surface shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of QB/T1588.4. 5.10 Inspection of 4.12.1
The manufacture of boiler, separator, coil and steam drum shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB150. 5.11 Test of 4.12.2
(3)
5.11.1 The pressure test of boiler, separator, coil and steam drum shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 10.9.4 of GB150, and the test liquid shall be water. 5.11.2 The tightness test of boiler, separator, coil and steam drum shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 10.9.6.2 of GB150, i.e., kerosene leakage test.
Kerosene leakage test: Clean the inspectable side of the weld, apply white powder slurry, dry it, and then apply kerosene on the other side of the weld to make the surface sufficiently wetted. After 30 minutes, if there is no oil on the white powder, it is qualified. 6 Inspection rules
