4.1 Environmental conditions for use of the system
The pump should be able to operate normally under the following environmental conditions: a) The medium transported is fire extinguisher or flammable substance similar to water; b) The medium temperature generally does not exceed 40%

4,4.1 Motor seal
4.4.1. A seal between the chamber and the motor should be installed to prevent the input liquid from entering the motor. The seal should be sealed (or blocked) The product manual should indicate the type and number of lubrication barriers, as well as the replacement cycle of lubricants (or barrier fluids). 4.4.1.2 The mating surfaces must be extremely tight to prevent foreign matter and media from entering the inner cavity of the engine. 4.4.1.3 During assembly, the sealing device between the pump cavity and the inner cavity of the motor and the inner cavity of the motor should be able to withstand an air pressure test of 1.5 times the permissible operating pressure but less than 10.2MPa. Within the specified time, there should be no leakage or other abnormal phenomena. 4.4. 2 Critical span speed

4.4.3 Balance

4.4.3.1 The remaining energy can be zero, and the components should be statically balanced. The minimum clearance in the radial direction is 40% of the maximum clearance in the radial direction. 4.4. Shaft and sleeve

4.4.7.1 The shaft should have sufficient strength and rigidity. The threads on the shaft should be in a tight state when the shaft rotates at a given force. 4.4.7.2 If a sleeve is installed, the auxiliary sleeve should be able to be fixed on the shaft and can prevent the leakage of fluid between the shaft and the sleeve. 4.4.8 For the purpose of prevention and control, the pump and its heavier parts and components should be equipped with a lifting device. 4.5 Important parts materials The materials of the pump and its components should be consistent with the medium being transported, and the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the materials should meet the relevant market material standards. 4.6.1.2 The dimensional deviation of the rotating parts shall comply with the provisions of GB 13008. 4.6.2 Mechanical 1
4.6.2.1 The pitch deviation of the installation holes between the blades of the impeller seat: When the impeller diameter is less than or equal to 2000mm, the deviation shall be +03% of the nominal diameter: When the impeller diameter is greater than 2000mm, the total deviation shall be halved. 4.6.2.2 The deviation of the axis of the blade installation hole on the plane: When the impeller diameter is less than or equal to 2000mm, the deviation shall be =0.1% of the nominal diameter: When the impeller diameter is greater than 2000mm, the deviation shall be halved. 4.6.2.3 The zero-degree line of the blade and the angle line on the impeller seat shall be clearly marked. 4.6.2.4 The disc is installed on the impeller, and the installation angle deviation should be =15°: Check the runout of the impeller, and its accuracy shall be determined according to the number 9 in G11841996.
4.6.3 Assembly
4.6.3.1 All parts shall be inspected and qualified before assembly. 4.6.3.2 The pump with nominal discharge diameter less than 500mm shall be shipped as a whole unit. If it cannot pass the factory test due to the restrictions of lifting and other conditions, it shall be pre-installed in the factory. After pre-installation, all the relevant parts and components shall be marked. 4.6.3.3 After the assembly is completed, the rotating rotor shall be stable and evenly adjusted, without sticking or stagnation. 4.6.4 Anti-rust and painting
4.6.4.1 Coat the mating parts that are easy to close with a two-coloured lubricant. 4.6.4.2 The exposed surface after assembly should be coated with anti-rust sleeve. -4.6.4.3 The remaining process should comply with the provisions of JBT4297. 4.6.4.4 After the test, the water in the system should be removed and then anti-rust treatment should be performed again. 5 Test methods
The chemical composition analysis method and mechanical properties test method of the system should comply with the provisions of relevant material standards: 5. 1

6.2 Compared with the factory inspection

In the state, the user shall comply with the provisions of this standard and follow the instructions of the product instruction manual. During installation and use, within 2 months from the date of installation and use or within 18 months from the date of delivery, if the system is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the required parts (excluding vulnerable parts) or some pumps free of charge.
