4.1 Type codes
The basic type codes of mechanical seals for submersible electric pumps are U4001, U4002, UU4001, UU4002, UU4003, UU4004, UU4701.UU4702.
4.2 Working parameters and main dimensions
4.2.1U4001 and U4002 are single-end, single-spring, unbalanced mechanical seals. Their structural types and working parameters are shown in Table 1. The main dimensions are shown in Table 2.
4.2.2UU4001, UU4002, UU4003, UU4004, UU470I, and UU4702 are double-end, single-spring, unbalanced mechanical seals. Their structural types and working parameters are shown in Table 1, Table 3, Table 5, Table 6 and Table 8. 5.1 Mechanical seals for submersible electric tickets shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 Technical requirements for main parts
5.2 .1 The flatness of the sealing end face of the sealing ring: the sealing ring of hard material shall not be greater than 0.0006mm; the sealing ring of soft material shall not be greater than 0.0009mm. 5.2.2 The sealing end face roughness of the sealing ring, the hard material sealing ring R, the value is 0.2μm: the soft material sealing ring R, the value is 0.4μm.

The sealing end face of the sealing ring shall not have defects such as cracks or scratches. 5.2.4
H8.
The surface roughness R of the contact part between the sealing ring and the auxiliary sealing ring is 3.2μm, and the outer circle or inner hole size tolerance is h8 or 5.2.5 The sealing ring and The parallelism of the contact end face of the auxiliary sealing ring should comply with the level 7 accuracy of GB1184. The verticality of the sealing end face of the outer circle or inner hole in contact with the auxiliary sealing ring of the sealing ring shall comply with the level 7 accuracy of GB1184. 5.2.6
Cemented carbide, carbon graphite sealing rings and silicon carbide sealing rings shall comply with the regulations of ZBJ22003, ZBJ22017 and JB/T6374 respectively.
5.2.8 The inlaid damage sealing ring needs to undergo an air tightness test. The test pressure is 0.5MPa and it must not leak for 3 minutes. 5.2.9 The spring should comply with the provisions of JB/T7757.1. 5.2.10
Rubber parts should comply with the regulations of JB/T7757.2. 5.2.11
The inner hole size tolerance of the spring seat and transmission seat is F9, and the surface roughness R is 3.2μm. 5.2.12 Stamping parts are not allowed to have burrs, wrinkles, rust spots, etc., and the mating parts with the auxiliary sealing rings are not allowed to have stripes that affect the sealing performance. Coated stamping parts are not allowed to have coating peeling off. 5.3 Mechanical seal performance requirements
5.3.1 Leakage amount; not more than 0.1mL/h. 5.3.2 Wear amount; clean water running test for 100 hours. The wear amount of any sealing ring shall not be greater than 0.02mm. 5.3.3 Working life; shaft diameter 10~40mm, lifespan is 3000h: shaft diameter 40~55mm, lifespan is 4000h. 6 Test methods and acceptance rules
6.1 The mechanical seal test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB4236. 6.2 The mechanical seal must undergo an air tightness test. The test pressure is 1.25 times the working pressure of the submersible pump, and the pressure must be maintained without bubbles for 5 minutes. 6.3 The acceptance rules shall be in accordance with ZBJ22006. 7Installation and use
Installation and use requirements are in accordance with JB4127. 8 Marking and packaging
