QB/T2273—1996
This standard is revised based on the original professional standard ZBY11009-1986 "Balance for Clocks and Watches". During the revision process, there was no major change in the main technical content, only the acceptance test and type test were supplemented. The main differences between this standard and the original ZBY11009—1986 are: the writing format and expression method are in accordance with GB/T1.1--1993 Standardization Work Guide Unit 1: Drafting and Expression of Standards Part 1: Basic Regulations for Standard Writing" - the AQL value in the acceptance test is clarified:

1 Scope

This standard specifies the product specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of clock hairsprings. This standard applies to hairsprings for mechanical clocks.

3.2 Hairspring is made of constant elastic material, and its specifications and requirements are shown in Table 1. Approved by China Light Industry General Association from January 27, 1997

The thickness, pitch and fixed length of the hairspring should comply with the provisions in Table 1. The elasticity of the hairspring should not be deformed after being elongated from the outermost end according to the length specified in Table 1 and returning. 4.2
The hole diameter, outer diameter and height of the hairspring inner pile should comply with the provisions in Table 2. 4.3
The surface roughness R of the hairspring should be 0.8 μm on the flat surface and 1.6 μm on the side surface. 4.4

4.6 Appearance quality
4.6.1 The appearance of the hairspring is silvery white, and no obvious discoloration is allowed. The inner pile key layer is not allowed to have blistering or peeling. 4.6.2 The inner surface of the hairspring is not allowed to have obvious deviation from the center of the inner pile hole, and the hairspring plane is not allowed to have obvious unevenness and tower shape: the hairspring plane is not allowed to have obvious deflection from the inner pile plane. 4.7 Other special requirements shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 431
5 Test method
5.1 Hairspring thickness
QB/T 2273-1996
Measure with a micrometer with a scale value of 0.001mm and an accuracy of Class 1. The hairspring pitch deviation is measured with a 50x projector, and the result should comply with the provisions of 4.1.
5.2 Measurement of fixed-length turns deviation
Fix the length on a fixed-length instrument with a standard balance wheel, and then measure with a sample. The result should comply with the provisions of 4.1. 5.3 Elastic elongation testbZxz.net
Fix the inner pile, clamp the outer end of the hairspring with pliers, and elongate it parallel to the plane of the inner pile and the winding direction of the hairspring. After elongating to the length specified in Table 1, release the tweezers, and visually inspect the hairspring after it is restored. The result should comply with the provisions of 42. 5.4 The inner height and outer diameter
are measured with a dry ruler with a scale value of 0.01mm and an accuracy of level 1; the aperture is measured with a plug gauge or a 50x projector, and the results should comply with the provisions of 4.3.
5.5 The surface roughness of the hairspring
is measured with a microscope, and three points are measured for each hairspring, and the average value is taken. The result should comply with the provisions of 4.4. 5.6 The temperature coefficient test of the hairspring material
is carried out in accordance with 5.6 of QB/T1249-1991, and the result should comply with the provisions of 4.5. 5.7 The appearance quality of the hairspring
is visually inspected at a distance of 300mm from the measured piece under a 40W fluorescent lamp, and the result should comply with the provisions of 4.6. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Delivery inspection
6.1.1 Delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828. The unqualified categories, inspection items, inspection levels and qualified quality levels (AQL) are shown in Table 3.

6.1.2 The composition, batch size and sampling plan type of the batch shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. Inspection Level

6.2.2 Samples for type inspection shall be randomly selected from a batch or batches that have passed the delivery inspection, and the spare samples shall be determined by the inspection unit. 6.2.3 The judgment of qualified and unqualified for type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.11 of GB/T2829-1987. 6.2.4 The disposal after type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.12 of GB/T2829-1987. 6.2.5 The cycle of type inspection shall be determined by each production unit or by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. However, type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances.
a) Trial and identification of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance; c) During normal production, an inspection shall be carried out periodically or after accumulating a certain amount of production; d) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f) When the national quality supervision agency proposes to conduct type inspection. 6.2.6 The sampling plan for type inspection can also be agreed upon by the inspection department and the manufacturer. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
7.1 The hairspring packaging is layered with white paper and paper boxes. 7.2 Each package should have a product qualification stamp and indicate: a) manufacturer name or mark;
b) model and specification;
c) batch number and quantity;
d) inspector's stamp;
e) date of publication.
7.3 During transportation and storage, it is strictly forbidden to press heavy objects on the product. It must be handled with care to avoid damage, and moisture and corrosive substances should be prevented from invading. 433
