For wires with a diameter less than 1.0mm, the supplier may not conduct winding tests, but must ensure that the wires are of the same quality. 6.3.3 When the user requires it, cadmium bronze wires shall be subjected to resistivity tests in accordance with the provisions of 4.6. 6.3.4 The supplier may not conduct fracture tests on wires, but must ensure that the wires are of the same quality. 6.4 Sampling location and number of samples
6.4.1 Chemical composition sampling: the supplier shall take one sample from each furnace during the melting and casting process, and the buyer shall take one sample from each batch of wire rods. 6.4.2 Tensile test samples shall be taken from 2 rolls (axes) at random from each batch, and one sample shall be taken from each roll (axle). The sample shall comply with the provisions of GB6397, and the sample number is R17.
