This standard specifies the instrumentation, specimens, test procedures and result processing methods for the graphite adhesive bonding tensile strength test. This standard is applicable to the determination of the bonding tensile strength of graphite materials bonded with an applicable adhesive. 2 Reference standards

6.1 Measure the diameter of the adhesive surface. On the adhesive section perpendicular to the axis of the specimen, use a vernier caliper along the position of 60° to each other, measure 3 times, and take the average value
6.2. Select the appropriate range of the testing machine so that the maximum breaking load is within the range of 15% to 85% of the full range of the testing machine. 6.3 Install the specimen according to Figure 1 and adjust the position so that the chain is flexible and free of kinks. 6.4 Start the test machine slowly. The chain should always remain flexible and free of kinks before it is subjected to preload. Apply load evenly and without impact at a speed of 40~50N/s until the sample breaks. Read and record the load value when the sample breaks. 7 Result calculation
7.1 The bonding tensile strength is calculated according to the following formula and rounded to 0.1MPa. p

1.2 In any of the following cases, the test data is invalid. Only the non-bond surface breaks.
