The female connector of the quick-change coupling should be installed above the upper hinge point of the tractor's suspension device. And as close as possible to the longitudinal axis of the tractor and the vertical plane passing through the upper hinge point. 2 Technical requirements
2.1 Quick-change joints with nominal diameters of 12.5mm and 20mm for agricultural tractors and implements shall meet the following requirements in addition to complying with the relevant provisions of GB5860-86 "Dimensions and requirements of hydraulic quick-change joints". 2.1.1 At a flow rate of 45L/min, the pressure drop through a quick-change joint with a nominal diameter of 12.5mm shall not exceed 350kPa (3.5bar). At a flow rate of 70L/min, the pressure drop through a quick-change joint with a nominal diameter of 20mm shall not exceed 172kPa (1.72bar). 2.1.2 When the internal pressure of the male joints with nominal diameters of 12.5mm and 20mm is zero, the force required to fully open the joint shall not exceed 45N. 2.1.3 When the quick-change joint is properly connected and the internal pressure is 17500kPa (175bar), the axial tension applied to the male joint of the quick-change joint does not exceed 1.7kN to disconnect the joint. When disconnected, the leakage of hydraulic oil for the connector with a nominal diameter of 12.5mm should not exceed 2.5mL, and the leakage of hydraulic oil for the connector with a nominal diameter of 20mm should not exceed 6mL. 2.2 If the installation method of the quick-change connector female connector is articulated, the maximum deflection angle of a certain axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tractor is 60. 2.3 If there is no limit device in the valve of the quick-change connector female connector, the spring force of the valve should be sufficient to prevent the valve in the male connector from closing under high-speed and high-flow conditions.
2.4 The connection force of the quick-change connector with an internal pressure of 700kPa (7bar) for a nominal diameter of 12.5mm and an internal pressure of 315kPa (3.15bar) for a nominal diameter of 20mm shall not exceed 240N. 2.5 To prevent pollutants from entering the system, the male connector and the female connector should be equipped with dustproof devices after the quick-change connector is separated.
