National Standard of the People's Republic of China Health standard for monocrotophos in the air of workplace Health standard for monocrotophos in the air of workplace Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the maximum allowable concentration of monocrotophos in the air of workplace and its monitoring and inspection methods. This standard applies to enterprises and units that produce and use monocrotophos. 2 Hygiene requirements The maximum allowable concentration of monocrotophos in the air of workplace is 0.01mg/m (skin). Monitoring and inspection methods The monitoring and inspection methods of this standard adopt gas chromatography. See Appendix A (supplement). 4 Supervision and implementation Health supervision agencies at all levels are responsible for the implementation of this standard. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on April 3, 1996 GB16211-1996 Implementation on September 1, 1996 A1 PrinciplebzxZ.net GB 16211--1996 Appendix A Gas chromatography (Supplement) A1.1 Long-acting phosphorus in the air is separated by a V-210 column and detected by a flame photometric detector. The retention time is qualitative and the peak height is quantitative. A1.2 The detection limit of this method is 1μg/ml. A2 Instruments A2.1 Sampling tube (6mm inner diameter, 10cm long glass tube), filled with two sections of activated silica gel (20~40 mesh, 400mg in the front section and 100mg in the back section), the front and middle are blocked by glass wool, and the back end is fixed with foam plastic. A2.2 Micro syringe, 10μLc A2.3 KD concentrator. A2.4 Liquid rapid mixer. A2.5 Atmospheric sampler (flow rate 0~2L/min). A2.6 Gas chromatograph, flame photometric detector, 526nm filter. Reagents A3.1 (V-210 stationary phase. A3.2 Gas chrom Q support, 60~~80 mesh. A3.3 Acetone, analytical grade. A3.4 Long-acting phosphorus (purity 99.8%). A4 Sampling Remove the plastic caps at both ends of the silica gel sampling tube, connect it to the atmospheric sampler, sample at 1L/min for 100min, and cover the plastic cap of the sampling tube. Stable for 9 days below 37C. A5 Analysis steps A5.1 Chromatographic conditions Chromatographic column: column Length 0.8m, inner diameter 3mm, glass column, 0V-210: GaschromQ carrier-2:100, column temperature 190C; vaporization chamber temperature 230℃; Detection chamber temperature 230C; d. Carrier gas (nitrogen): 90mL/min. A5.2 Standard curve drawing Prepare different concentrations of monocrotophos aqueous solution (1~10μg/mL), inject 1~ 5μL. Take the average peak height for each concentration by three injections. Draw a standard curve with the average peak height and injection volume (ng) in double logarithm. A5.3 Sample analysis Collect the silica gel in the sampling tube at the front and back sections, and add 2-3mL acetone for desorption twice. Place the acetone in a KD concentrator tube and concentrate it to 0.2ml in a 70℃ water bath. Take 1-5μL for injection, and use retention time for qualitative analysis and peak height for quantitative analysis. 158 A6 Calculation||t t||Where: X---concentration of long-acting phosphorus in the air, mg/m~; GB16211-1996 A, A'--respectively the sample injection volume of the desorption sample before and after the silica gel, μl; XB B, B\--respectively the fixed volume after desorption and concentration of the silica gel before and after the silica gel, mL; (\, \--respectively the long-acting phosphorus chromatographic measurement of the silica gel before and after the silica gel, ng; V--standard volume of collected gas, L.
